My kids and I always love getting boba, but recently we got ramen also and it was delicious!! We came in just before closing and Zachary let us order ramen with cheer despite the fact the prep would go well past closing. The ramen was prepared with care and pride and enjoyed immensely.

I’m not from Texas, but every year I’m near UniversalTea. Due to events at the South Western Adventist University. It’s a must to go place every time I’m up there. They have such a nice variety of drinks and you can taste each ingredient. In five years of visiting Keene, every time it’s so good to buy from their store. The service is really nice as well because they always assure you of what you want. To make sure the drink is wonderful and that it tastes good. I look forward of coming back to Universal Tea next year.
Went to apply for a position here, and when we scheduled an interview I showed up on time and waited for 45 min and they never gave me an Interview, very unprofessional

No Longer a customer here!
This place is an Anti LGBTQ establishment they have made that 100% clear today. Staff is not courteous to those nor now how to deal with customers openly showing pride during pride month not that it was intentional while another customer sitting down said to me while walking out the door to lock it behind me while I have my child with me was absolutely unnecessary and distasteful . You step into a shop for a boba treat for yourself and child and get criticized and demeaned while trying to leave because you felt so uncomfortable should not be acceptable here and it saddens me.

My first time going and first time having boba and ramen. It was delicious and so filling! The portions are bigger than expected and i couldn’t finish my food. No worries, they have to go containers! I will definitely be coming back and telling our friends and family about this place.

Bobas was hard and very very nasty almost no flavor to them and they turned into a pastey mush when chewed this was not a good drink and was a waste of 6$. And this was my second attempt at this place the first time they had no boba. Then they had the audacity to change my amount for my purchase after I bought it. Changed my drink amount to over 7$ on my bank statement. This place is a scam all together . Only think I recommend is that they be shut down.

Universe tea is a cute little shop but I had higher expectations for the taste of their products . I ordered a green tea with boba, and a milk tea with boba, and the boba tasted very bland and half cooked, I feel as if every time I try to give this place a chance their Boba is half cooked and dry. The lady who served me was very sweet but i’m not impressed with the quality of the teas

This place has the best boba. The down side is they say they open at 10 but when you try to go inside they say 11. Even though they have the college kids in there!!! If you let college kids in other customers should be allowed in as well.

such a laid back atmosphere! i just went there today and it was so great. very chill and the drink was absolutely delicious. it wasnt busy which surprised me since its so good. The worker up there was SO sweet. it was only 7 dollars for a jupiter sized drink, and i added boba + lychee coconut jelly. will be going there again!
