This is my favorite place to go for a treat. My favorite thing on the menu is the Jackhammer. I always say I’m going to try something different that my family raves about but when I get there I gotta do my favorite. They make the Jackhammer for me perfectly every time which isn’t easy. I got one of their caramel apples today and came home to find it was a totally rotten apple. When I’m paying close to $10 for a caramel apple I expect it to be fresh and edible. Very disappointed.
Update: I originally had a 1 star but the customer service was amazing and very helpful! They definitely have made it right. The care for the consumer is very appreciated!
