Braum's Ice Cream & Burger Restaurant

Excellent quarter pound hamburger with cheese! Nice, clean environment and friendly staff.

It was absolutely packed, but despite that, we had prompt service, the burgers were great, and the staff were so pleasant.

There's always reliable, excellent menu selections at most Braum's and its good to know each location is consistent with every other one. There is a penalty for success, though. Sometimes there is a long line in the drive through. It's up to the customer to decide if it's worth the wait. It is for us.

While the food is typical Braums fare - I do like it - the employees at this particular store are what make it an amazingly miserable experience.
The teenagers behind the counter absolutely despise that you dare walk in their store, and it shows by their lack of communication and hospitality. No one welcomes you in the store, no one reads back your order to you to make sure it's correct (it wasn't), and no one thanks you for visiting.
I think I've been to this particular Braums for the last time. Whataburger and Sonic are right down the street, sell equal quality food, but the staff are much nicer.

Felt very unsanitary.

My daughter ordered a sundae and got it while my banana split was being made. She noticed the nuts were not the almonds they have used in the past and checked, telling me to ask for almonds on my split.

I caught the server before he added the nuts and asked that he use almonds. One of the other servers asked, and I told her I had a pecan allergy. She turned and told him to go clean the spoon to make sure there was no cross contamination.

I did not have my inhaler or epipen with me. The concern shown and speed of changing my order could possibly have made the difference on me being alive to write this review.

Thanks, Braum's, for training your crew in preventing allergen cross-contamination.

Braums has the most reasonable priced ice cream around. And the quality and choices are very good.

I would recommend this place for ice cream cones or candy bar shake (blizzard)

I visited the drive-through and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The service was unprofessional; the attendant was rude and dismissive, which led me to leave without completing my order. Customer service is a big part of any business, and I hope management addresses this to improve future interactions.
