Used to eat at this location a lot it but seems to have gone at downhill over the last few years. The last time I was there is absolutely the last time we will go eat there.

The last several times we've been when the food is brought out it's clearly old and had been sitting under a heat lamp for who knows how long and the service was terrible.

This final time we went, our server was very sweet, but service was extremely slow for the restaurant to not be very busy at all. We were seated in a booth and a roach crawled across my lap. Instead of causing the scene I simply asked to be moved tables, and then again we were brought old nasty wings, and fries. I asked to pay for the beer I ordered and leave. No manager ever came to speak with me about either one of these issues in the same visit.

They need to make some major improvements.

I dined in there were 6 people seated and my order took 40 mins and it was cold . This was not worth the wait we told the server it was cold and they brought out fresh food 20 mins later so it took like an hour to eat .

Restaurant half full, party of 10 and been waiting 1 hour for our food at 9 pm. I see why they have a 3.7 rating. Not the servers fault, kitchen needs some help apparently.

I went to get food on Tuesday, service was very slow took 45 minutes to get food drinks were not refilled. And then when I ran my card for 42.19 they decided to give themselves an extra tip whenever the charge came through my bank of $12.00 extra. Gave excuses that they only had one cook and they were shorthanded. Terrible restaurant there were only 3 tables that had customers. Do better I know times are tough but these is ridiculous.

Dining in or delivery are both horrible choices for this location.
Atmosphere: Rotten sour carpet smell.
Food: also sour, tastes of white vinegar.
Delivery: cold food that is 30 mins late.
Refund: rejected by BWW and also by DoorDash.
DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM THIS LOCATION.

Even requesting to speak to a manager was a real life interrogation. Followed by the GM telling me they cannot refund me for the sour dog food they attempted to serve me.
Informed me to reach out to DoorDash for refund; only to have DoorDash tell me to reach out to the GM for a refund.
Called the GM at BWW back and was told to hold because they are “like, super slammed”
At this point I just gave up, called my bank and disputed the charge.

The absolute worst service EVER! First off their CO2 wasn’t working so they only had water and tea! Secondly when my son received his tea there was a bug in is drink! We places our order, 15 no less wings , 3 grilled tenders and a “loaded ice cream”. My son got his first not one word was mentioned that the other would be out 10 mins later! I had to go ask where the tenders and ice cream were! 3 mins later the ice cream out. While every one else has finished their food they now have to wait for me to finish my food! The service was absolutely horrible all together. Not once did she ask to fill out drinks!

Hope the food was better. Some chicken wings were fried so hard that it was hurting my throat to swallow, carrots sticks were just baby carrots, celery sticks were not cut. Won’t go there again. I remembered them being better than this.

Kept getting wings covered in feathers. Two got replaced but when I complained about a third the manager didn’t want to replace it. I don’t think one wing was worth a bad review but you do you.

Don’t order online, two Dashers canceled taking the order, all 3 said there were 17 orders waiting for DoorDash. Had to call in to finally get our order filled, I get it being busy but over two hours is unacceptable. Domino’s at least had enough respect to call us and tell us it’s gonna be over two hours for pizza. Do you want to cancel your order or wait?

Not the most greatest experience in the world, taking in consideration that there are only about six tables that had customers with close to six servers, and it took 30 minutes to get our food. Most of the food was cold upon receipt, and there was barely any attentiveness from our server. Great price on the deal that we went in for, but when you expect better customer service, it kindly brings the other aspects of greatness down!
