Buffalo Wild Wings 'GO'

Recently came across this but food was horrible and Customer Service was worst. A goofy glasses guy looked liked doofy is rude he should be fired. Visit is on 11/4/2024. Never coming back.

They lured me in with a 10 boneless free with order over $15.

I was really hankering for some wings, and they have successfully defeated my urge to ever eat wings again. The sauce was very watery - not especially flavorful. Wings themselves were very large, but to the point where they had a very curious texture - almost undercooked.

My bag didn't have anything besides chicken in it, even though I ordered two dipping cups and celery.

Strongly recommend avoiding this place, and I will not be returning myself.

Have ordered to go multiple times and each time it was fine. Today I decided to eat in and got a burger. Though it was a decent sized burger, good value but it was overly seasoned to the point it was hard to enjoy. Bacon was already salty and the two meat patties with the secret sauce was too salty. Maybe a little less seasoning the next time

Well, we tried this place because we generally like the BWW but this place is simply not good. The service charged me for the extra blue cheese and veggies even though it is always free and the wing were average. Moreover they told me that it will take 15min and it took 30min so they didn't manage my expectations.

I guess I have to pluck my own chicken. I will never eat or recommend anyone to eat at this Buffalo Wild Wings again. There is no way they care about customers serving me and my family chicken filled with feathers. The boneless wings were stale and tasted like they were cooked yesterday and then refried today. Disgusting and poor service.

Tried to call multiple times to place a carry out order and got an automated message saying no one was available to take the call, and hung up.

Im working as a door das delivery driver and received an order for Buffalo Wild Wings upon arriving I was informed that it was an order placed by the manager to test the system and that I could keep the order WOW!! Is all I can say after a long day of working it feels good to be appreciated for all that we do even the smallest gesture’s make a huge difference huge thank you to Chris and the whole team at this location you guys made my day keep up the great work

Every time we order from they forget part of it. And literally all they do is to go orders. Forgot our ranch, celery, carrots, and silverware multiple times in a row. Pathetic.

Most of our wings were still raw in the middle. We had to throw most of it away. Two of my kids woke up sick, can’t help to think it was the raw chicken!! Would not recommend. This place needs some improvement and better food training. At minimum you expect your expensive food fully cooked!
