We visited Chapps for the first time in over 15 years with our kids the night before Thanksgiving. We used to come here as teens and truly forgot how amazing their burgers and fries were. The food was extremely fresh and the service was above and beyond! Thank you to Justin who served us - he was phenomenal!

Favorite go to burger spot by far
I always drive past this place but today was the day I decided to give it a try. Right off the bat, when we walked in the location is very clean. I got the jalapeño cheese burger and it was really good considering the price and what type of joint this is (quick burger spot). I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food. I think one thing they could do a bit better on was the loaded fries BUT it wasn’t a deal breaker, I still enjoyed! I’ll come back in the future.

Not gonna lie, I was completely underwhelmed by the little amount of food I got for almost $40.
Burger was fine. Ketchup was not available for self-service which I found exceedingly strange. And the cashier seemed shocked that I asked for 3 Ketchups for my party's 2 burgers and fries.
I probably won't go back. Just wasn't my cup of tea.

My first time here. I really liked the simplicity of the menu. You pick your protein, weight (1/4 lb or 1/2 lb), white or wheat bun, cheese choice and toppings.
The pricing was very reasonable considering this IS NOT a basic fast food burger. Figure about $10-12 for the burger. Fries are $3 but they’re hand cut and delicious! Roughly what you’d expect to pay in a casual brewpub-type restaurant.
I got a 1/2 beef burger, white bun, cheddar, and all the toppings. Let me tell you, it was fantastic! Piping hot, cooked fresh to-order, soft bun, properly seasoned beef. Yum! I can’t wait to go back!!

We tried this counter-service burger spot because they use Nolan Ryan beef, and the burger itself was very good. They offer both a smaller burger and a regular ½ lb option, but the cashier didn’t ask which size we wanted—so the larger one was automatically given as the “standard.” Aside from the kids’ meal, everything else has to be ordered separately, which adds up quickly. Drinks were on the high side at $3 each.
We also tried the chili cheese fries, but they were overly greasy and left a waxy coating in my mouth. One thing that really surprised us: the kids’ meal doesn’t even include a burger, which seems like a big miss for a burger restaurant. On top of that, when our children politely said “thank you” on the way out -something we always encourage; the staff didn’t acknowledge them at all.
For the prices charged and the lackluster service, we won’t be back, even though the burger itself was solid.
First time coming here. My brother wanted something good and this location has high ratings.
The home cut fries were tiny pieces. Like the ones that slip to the bottom when frying a batch. Not sure what kind of potato cutter you have or use, buy i suggest you stop.
I ordered a turkey burger and can say having spent $45.00, I can make a better ones at home for half the cost.
The customer service was good. Food. Not at all.

We had been visiting to Chapps for 5 years weekly. From their old location to the new one. The staff and the cook knew us because I order the same thing each visit, why tinker with success. Part of my burger would always include a over hard fried egg. The combination of the wheat bun, bacon and their swiss cheese with the egg was perfect in my humble opinion. Every week for 4 1/2 half years on our way back from church. We get a nice greeting from the staff and the cook would lean over and give us a smile and a wave. Then came the, duh duh duh, the egg surcharge! Now Chapps was always the most expensive of the restaurants we visit on a regular basis but it was always worth the extra couple bucks. Now add the dollar egg charge (if memory serves) and that was too much to bear. I don't feel this is a good way to treat customers, especially as prices on everything else have been rising as well. I miss my burger but enough was enough and we had to say good bye to Chapps,

Good but not worth the price
Just got off work , and I understand I came 15 mins before close , and they said they said they were only doing to go orders ,I think that’s poor service to tell customers , the type of service I come from doesn’t matter what time a customer comes in we serve them and help them .! And that how any business should be ran.!
Chapps Burgers had been on my radar for a while 'cause a few friends kept raving about it—so finally took the fam and gave it a shot. Gotta say, it did not disappoint. We all went with burgers even though I was seriously eyeing their cheese steak sandwich (next time for sure). The burgers were super juicy, cooked just right, and packed with flavor. You can really tell they use quality beef.
The toppings were fresh, buns were soft but held up, and the portions? Pretty generous. My kids were quiet the whole time, just busy eating—which honestly says a lot 😂. Service was friendly too, and the place had this chill, laid-back vibe that made it feel comfy and casual.
Only thing I’m kinda kicking myself about is not trying that cheese steak sandwich. I'm a bit of a cheesesteak snob, so next visit, that's gonna be the move. If it's anything like the burger, I’ve got high hopes.
All in all, solid spot. We’re definitely coming back.
