Good but not worth the price

Just got off work , and I understand I came 15 mins before close , and they said they said they were only doing to go orders ,I think that’s poor service to tell customers , the type of service I come from doesn’t matter what time a customer comes in we serve them and help them .! And that how any business should be ran.!

Chapps Burgers had been on my radar for a while 'cause a few friends kept raving about it—so finally took the fam and gave it a shot. Gotta say, it did not disappoint. We all went with burgers even though I was seriously eyeing their cheese steak sandwich (next time for sure). The burgers were super juicy, cooked just right, and packed with flavor. You can really tell they use quality beef.

The toppings were fresh, buns were soft but held up, and the portions? Pretty generous. My kids were quiet the whole time, just busy eating—which honestly says a lot 😂. Service was friendly too, and the place had this chill, laid-back vibe that made it feel comfy and casual.

Only thing I’m kinda kicking myself about is not trying that cheese steak sandwich. I'm a bit of a cheesesteak snob, so next visit, that's gonna be the move. If it's anything like the burger, I’ve got high hopes.

All in all, solid spot. We’re definitely coming back.

I hate doing this because I love the burgers, but being an invisible customer on a very slow night is just not good.
Ordered online. Came in for pick up, talked to the young girl, gave her my name, she confirmed it wasn’t quite ready. No problem. I sit down and kill some time on my phone. Look up and realize it’s been about 20 minutes. Also, I see that the folks who came in after me are enjoying their food. Looked around, made eye contact with 2 other workers and waited a few more minutes. For reference, when I first sat down and ‘Dan’s’ order was ready, someone yelled out ‘Dan!’ I expected the same. I walked up to the counter and could see my bag just sitting there. Asked if it was mine. It was. Got a ‘sorry, I didn’t know that was yours’. No one else is in the store waiting for food but me! This can only happen if you don’t care, and no one did….except the cook. That guy cared because the burger was really good and made to order. Kept me from only giving one star. Extremely disappointed in a place I really like.

Chapps Burgers came highly recommended, so my family and I decided to give it a try. We all opted for their burgers, although I was initially inclined to try their cheese steak sandwich. Ultimately, the overall consensus was that the burgers were excellent, and we would all be willing to dine there again. I am eager to return and sample their cheese steak sandwich, and I hope it lives up to my expectations, as I have a penchant for a well-made cheese steak sandwich.

Very tasty burger that you decide what is on it. Asked for crispy fries and they were perfect. Clean restaurant, attentive and friendly service. Great experience.

First time here Not the much to say service was boring . The French fries were soggy and the burger was just okay nothing to write home about.

A little pricey, but it is a great burger. Get the wheat bun! I always get the cajun sweet potato fries too and they never disappoint. Very clean atmosphere, but the floor always sounds sticky for some reason. Has to be the cleaner they use. Would recommend and will be going back.

We walked into an empty restaurant about 7:30, ordered, and were promptly told it would be 15-20 minutes. Sadly she wasn't lying. We got our food a few minutes before 8, still an empty restaurant. The food was bland and no flavor.

The burgers are really good. You've got to love Nolan Ryan's beef. This is definitely one of my favorite burgers.
