Went thru drive thru ordered 3 pc chicken with roll I got cold chicken and a drink as window man said drink came with combo I did not order a combo so no roll in order and it tasted of old greese after I warmed it up. It definitely was on shelf a long time worst I've ever had.

Food was cold on both orders except for the corn nuggets. Super small pieces of chicken strips in both boxes with one box having a medium size one. This was at lunch time so the food should have been fresh and hot not sitting. Don't plan on visiting here again.

The lack of customer service
I went to chicken express today and when I ordered the food I wanted the person that took my order seemed like they didn’t want to be there. No customer service skills. They made my food fresh to order, but when I got my food the young man that handed me my food pretty much shoved it at me. I also didn’t get my full order. I had to wave and yell out to get someone’s attention. When I did the same young guy came back. I told him that I didn’t get my full order. He went to look at the computer and got me the rest of my order. He did apologize for it but the person that took my order was standing by the window but not once did they turn around to see what was going on. I understand that they might have been busy inside with people or with online orders, however, that is when you need to pay attention the most to an order so that things don’t get missed or messed up. I have worked in food service/ customer service before so I understand the stress behind it but they need to do better.

I come here about twice a week for lunch. Food is always on point, no complaints there whatsoever. Service was terrible though. The old lady working right now in drive thru is here alot and the first time i encountered her, i figured sge was just having a bad day. Turns out, thats just how she is. She should not be talking to customers, put her in the back. One of the most impolite people ive encountered in every aspect. Food was great though! 👍🏼

Haven't made it home to even try the food the okra is as burnt as the rude chick working the windows attitude ! She was rude and not friendly at all .. If you hate ur job quit ! No need to spread ur negativity towards customers ! But the guy working the second time we came back around was much nicer very friendly and polite ..

I think I’ve eaten at every Chicken Express out there but this is by far the best. I had always eaten tenders but Cason, a sharp and on point young man, told me to try the catfish. Omg, it’s the best catfish I’ve had and I’ve lived in Mississippi. Very clean, prompt and consistent. Eat here and all of your wildest dreams will come true!
Picked up spicy & reg tenders and they were cold! Only thing hot were the corn nuggets I had to sit a while to wait on!

This is the first time I stopped at a Chicken Express and people act like they didn't want to deal with you. The tea wasn't sweet and when I told them that it wasn't sweet she gave me some more tea and then handed me some packages of sugar and said she couldn't sweetened it anymore but it was sweet enough. Then the girl that gave me my food asked me did I have a certain order and I said yes so instead of her putting it in my hand she said it on the counter right in front of my face and walked off. Everyone in this location seems like something is wrong
