Ive been visiting Dairy Queen for over 40 years and one of our family treats has always been the peanut buster parfait. However, this last trip to your Beach location we spent 27 dollars on 5 parfaits only to be completely disappointed in the fact that the " fudge" was not the consistency or even taste like the fudge that we all remembered and have enjoyed in the past decades. The consistency and taste was more of chocolate syrup. I spoke to the shift manager about this and she stated that she made them herself and used syrup on top and fudge within. Nevertheless, our entire household was disappointed at the obvious difference in the taste and consistency of what you guys are claiming is fudge. If this is your new " fudge" and this is the product your going to sell as a PB parfait then i guess the good old days of enjoying one is over. I'm sure most never complain but I can guarantee you everyone who has enjoyed this Sunday in days past was and probably is thinking the same dam thing. My question is is this just an anomaly at this particular location or is this a systemic change regional or Nationwide. I never leave reviews but this was so obvious to everyone in our family i had to say something. We were just looking forward to the pb parfait that we loved and grew up with. To be continued..... UPDATE: JULY 10TH 2023 FAITH RESTORED. JUST NOT AT THIS LOCATION. So the family and I are on our way back from a vacation and driving through a small town in West Texas and we were ng something sweet. DQ was the only place in their town so we decided to find out if their PBP's were jacked up like Keller's location. When ordering i made it clear we wanted only fudge and not syrup especially on the top of the PBP. The cashier looked at me with a confused look on her face and stated " we would never do that because we were given specific instructions on how to make each item and you don't put syrup on PBP's" I said really? Can you show me? She said sure. She took a picture of how to make with ingredients. So now ill share it with you. The female manager who I spoke to at the keller location not only did not offer to replace my items that she screwed up but tried to lie to me and say it was a normal practice. She apparently thinks that kind of business practice is ok and that everyones too stupid to call her out. Maybe that's why no one has reached out to apologize or make amends. So DQ in Keller on N. Beach...this is the Ellis family calling you out!

We went through drive through at this location today and was surprised to see the workers were not wearing masks or gloves. It made me very uncomfortable that they were not taking precautions considering the Covid guidelines.

No other way to contact anyone since the store shut down no notice and everything was removed online. Will W2’s for employees be sent out? Need to know so taxes can be filled.

Don't ever eat here, food is disgusting and the staff can be extremely rude. I ordered a blizzard through the drive through and the girl in a grey shirt stood there talking while I waited at the window for my blizzard. Which was soupy. Sad. not coming back

Good DQ location. Clean lobby. Clean restrooms.

Best food ever. Bacon is smoky, eggs are fluffy, hash browns are to die for, orang juice and coffee are fresh

PICK A DIFFERENT LOCATION. Microwaving the food and still getting it wrong three times in the same visit on the same order is inexcusable. We ordered two kids cheeseburger meals, a 1/2 pound Hunger Buster with cheese combo, and a chicken strip basket combo. We were charged for 5 drinks. As we sat down, we discovered one of the kids' meals wasn't made. While waited we for them to make the second kids meal we ordered, we realized the first was made without cheese, so it was remade. Then, with the kids situated I unwrapped my burger to discover it had no cheese. I made a third thrip to the counter for cheese to be added to my burger. They added cheese and microwaved it. It was too hot to pick up. The bun itself was steaming. The lettuce and tomato were shriveled. I took it back to the counter and asked for my money back. They tried to make excuses how it was a "boosted" burger--even more reason I want my money back. MICROWAVED AND "BOOSTED" food. Skip this location and go to some other DQ location.

Bobbed and Weaved through all this roadwork because I REALLY wanted a Dude Sandwich and y'all are one of the only businesses registered with GooglePay in the area. This info is important because its the only payment option I have right now as I'm waiting on a new debit card in the mail. I thought I'd swing through and grab some dinner for the family. Waited in line just to be told you didn't accept this form of payment because "It's not as secure. So... Sorry bout that."It's just kind of annoying. I went out of my way to give you my business. Either fix your payment security or disassociate your name with NFC payments altogether.

Sadly, I didn't have thr best experience inside. It wasn't the worse by far, but to could tell the ladies were ready for their shifts to be over.I've been coming here for about 2 weeks almost everyday, and thr one time I come in, not the greatest experience. It's ok though, I will come back again because we use thr #app there's a texas one, no one told me. Anyway, I love the m&m and chopped nuts.I've noticed if I don't say extra, I will barely have any m&ms or nuts at the bottom.Extra makes it better. This place is really clean and the fries are the best when they are fresh.Follow them on all social media, @dairyqueentx.So happy I tweeted about that one day. If the headquarters hadn't saw my message and responded with the texas info, I wouldn't be getting my rewards today.

The wait was long!! The food wasn't hot. They prepare the food and the place it on top of a hot tray with heat lamps. You don't get your order until the cashier has time to get it to you. And that is after waiting on the customer's that walk into the lobby. They definitely need a manager there giving instructions to those school age kids!! It appears the kids are running things. There is no consistency!!

Service was terrible. They act like they don't even want your business. Like it was interrupting their personal time to make my family's blizzards... which they got the order wrong. Had to turn around to get the order corrected... went through the drive through and got the same treatment... high lack of customer service. The only light was a young lady who noticed us in line again, found out was wrong and asked us to drive to the front of the line and she would make it right. That's why the get 3 stars instead of one.

The food is usually okay at the Keller DQ. The drive thru service is sometimes a little dismissive, inattentive, or at times a little rude. I hate that you now have to pay to get extra candy in your Blizzard. If you don't pay for the extra candy, there is usually just a tiny sprinkling on the top and the rest is just soft serve. It never was like that when I was growing up. But, I guess all things change and quality doesn't usually get better over time. Street tacos are pretty good!
