Went through the drive thru and the pretzel dipper wasn't even warm. It was almost like it had been sitting out for hours and then packaged up. The beer cheese smear and mustard were good but I was expecting them to be warm too but they were cold. As a first timer going, I probably won't be back.

Slowest drive thru of all time. 3 cars in line at 8am (which I would think is peak time for a breakfast place to have proper staffing) and took over 15 minutes. Don’t come here if you’re in a hurry

Avocado tomato bacon an egg bagel is a total disappointment. If you're considering ordering the sandwich I wouldn't even bother. If you think you might like to have avocado you're going to be so disappointed. Compared to their beautiful picture I expected to at least have avocado that covered the top of the bagel. This is the saddest thing I've ever seen. I expected better from such a renowned chain. This is not a good value for your money. The whole highlight of this is I did pay extra to get the bagel that had the chili's in it. I'll definitely consider twice before ordering here again.
Drive though worker was rude, borderline aggressive, overcharged me for the bagels even though they are half price after 12 according to the sign out front. Then he gave me a fake manager # when I tried to call back later for a refund and then hung up on me when I called back asking for a real #.
Worst experience I have ever had, spent 20 bucks on 3 bagels and was treated terribly.
