AVOID. HORRIBLE customer service.

Wife ordered a couple meatballs sandwiches and a plain boring nothing on it roast beef for me. Pre check had showed it not on the hot sandwiches section of menu.

When it came hot - toasted roll and warm roast beef (yuck) - she asked what the heck. They said they come either warm or cold - DID NOT ASK HER WHICH - and she could buy another sandwich if she wanted a cold.

Good customers service would have offered a remake of the cold; not just told you to buy another. Terrible.

Terrible customer service. Will NEVER go again. Looks like dog food and smells like it too; fed it to the dogs. Hope they go out of business.

Online order we picked up a few minutes ago. French dip. No au jus in the order. Forgot to add mayo. And I have the receipt that says au jus & mayo. Au jus the most important thing for a French dip forgotten.

This facility makes to go orders their last priority. The staff does not help you when you are obviously standing there to pick up an order. As food delivery drivers we are trying to make ends meet with a second job and when we wait for 10+ minutes every single time we get an order from here the restaurant is taking money away from the drivers. If you drive for a delivery service do not come here.

The facility did not honor their posted adversement for veterans. Med sub with chips cookie and drink. Instead you had to make a purchase. Shame on you after all the veterans have done for this country. 22yrs myself alone over 100 yrs just me and my siblings.

Ordered repeated my order 3 times and still got it wrong! Emailed got auto reply. Email stating Sarah would get back to me NEVER did!!!!! Send another email.. no reply!

Do not recommend if you have an allergy! If they can not get a simple order correct!

Pricing is way tooo high not to get the order you requested!!!!

Vegetarian options: Request if they get the order right!

Its been awhile since I’ve eaten at Firehouse. Today i was amazed at how small the subs are now. It was the size of a bratwurst bun. The meat was good quality but barely on the sandwich. NO FIREMAN WOULD GET FULL. Maybe a fireman’s kid sister. Shame on the CEO trying to justify the greatly reduced size as “Trying to reach more customers”. What?? Kid menu customers?? I wont be back.

I love firehouse tried to place an order on uber eats more than 45 minutes before they close. Got frustrated when it kept getting cancled so I called to ask what was up and was told that uber eats orders close at 8:30. Was told this at precisely 8:31 after several minutes on hold and 20ish minutes of attempted orders. Yall need to take a serious look at your night crew because I made 3 attempts to give yall my business but literally could not due to the order being repeatedly canceled. Also just went on uber eats to order somewhere else and see firehouse does close on the app at 8:30 but apparently night shift thinks that's not early enough and kept canceling my order.

I really like Firehouse Subs, but this location has been going downhill in the last few months. This is my last time at this location for a while. I ordered my food on the app, as I usually do. My order was to be ready in 20 minutes, and I arrived 5 mins early to get drinks ready & pick out my chips. After 30 mins, and watching other patrons order & get their food, I asked how much longer for my order. I was told they were working on it.....they weren't. I waited another 10 minutes, and they still hadn't started my order. When I showed my frustration, I was told I could get a refund or wait for my food, with a very rude tone. I opted for the food, which I found to be a mistake once I got home. At any rate, I will still dine at Firehouse Subs, just not at this location anymore. Not for a while, at least.

Tried Firehouse Subs for the first time through a promotion I had for a free sandwich. Specifically stated NO CHEESE PLEASE due to a dairy issue. Got it home and covered in melted cheese. I had also requested it not be warmed. I couldn’t eat it. I contacted the manager who stated they were sorry about that but since I got it free they wouldn’t replace it. I didn’t have to taste the food to have the place leave me a bad taste in my mouth. I won’t be back. Plenty of places for our family to eat in Keller.
