I went online and filled out survey and received a code for a free medium drink with any sub ordered. Went in today ordered another sub and gave them my old receipt with the survey coupon code and was refused the drink because they said the manager requires the old receipt to be dated no more that 7 days when used. No where does it say it has to be used within 7 days. I even rounded up for the Fireman Fund. I guess Jersy Mikes in the same strip will get my next business.

My son insisted i try a firehouse sub so here i am. Blake was friendly and helpful with my order. I love the soda machine, location is great and this sub shop is cleaned and beautifully decorated. There is military discount ❤️

This place has some of the best hot subs. It blows Subway out and isn't too much more in price. The quality of the ingredients is top notch.
Take this store off of DoorDash. They never fulfill any orders - only continue to push out the delivery time until they cancel the order. Stop wasting people's time.

Your drink machine needs work. Diet Coke is bad. Not sure the problem the mix or lack of upkeep on your machine needs to be fixed.

Editing to say that the manager did reach out to me and gave me a full refund.
Horrible, horrible horrible. I ordered online waited 15 min for them to tell me they didn't have the order. Waited another 10 min for them to ask me what my order was again. I said nevermind just give me a refund, they called the manager who told me to do it online, which you can't so now i have to go in tomorrow when she's there. Too bad, i was ready to find a new great place to eat.
