We were looking for a place to eat on Christmas & finally got a chance to try out Hoshi Ramen. We lost track of time & didn’t make it there until 7:45 when they closed at 8PM. I told the waitress & owners we could take it to go or find something else if they wanted to go home bring it 15 minutes until closing on Christmas. They did not try to discourage us from dining at all despite having the place basically shut down. The service was great & so was the food. The portions were extremely generous! We got multiple ramen selections & chicken teriyaki bowl with dumplings. Our family can eat here with tip for roughly the same price as Five Guys or Chapps so I know what my preference will be 🍜>🍔. The decor was also awesome with some cute Shiba Inu cartoon dogs everywhere & clean Japanese aesthetics. Thanks for the fabulous food & hospitality so close to closing on Christmas! We will make this a regular spot for us!

Highly recommend coming here if you're craving authentic Japanese food. My favorite waitress is Lucy and she's always so nice and welcoming. If she's your server you're sure to have a great time!

I heard of Hoshi Ramen, while looking for restaurants I might want to visit in the future.
Today, was that day, that I went to Hoshi Ramen. The restaurant is very elegant, very neat, clean and well organized.
I got there as they opened, and was promptly greeted by Ms. Lucy, hoste/waitress, who was soft spoken, very welcoming, with a very nice smile and beautiful personality, and was very efficient.
She took my order, brought me a glass of water, and I ordered the
Shoyu chicken ramen for $13.00 plus $2.00 added for a large. The Shouyu Chicken ramen was very delicious, the chicken broth was so good great flavor. Albeit, in my humble opinion the noodles, other toppings and chicken was very sparse for the price of the ramen. But, as far as taste goes it was one the best I have had so far.
I also had the chicken fried rice bowl, for $10.00 $2.00 added for chicken, and gyoza (6pcs), for $7.00. to go for my daughter. The chicken fried rice was very flavorful, and daughter said the guys was very delicious.
I will most definitely be coming here again the food was very satisfying, Ms. Lucy, is awesome and very kind.
Please come on in and support this great ramfn restaurant. Hope to see you there.

Stopped into Hoshi Ramen in Keller to give it a try and was really impressed. Our server, Tristan, really did a great job making us feel welcome and helped us order our Ramen. Food came out great and service was more than expected. Will definitely be back!

We had a very mixed experience this evening. We came in about 8:15 to try this place out based on the reviews. We have been trying to find a good ramen place to become regulars at on this side of DFW. While we were eating our appetizer, one of the servers started mopping the floors with a strong bleach solution. Eating your food and smelling bleach is never a great experience and my wife is pregnant, so it compounds that smell. It wasn't that big of a deal bc hey it wasn't intentional. What the real issue was that when we were about to leave the server and some other worker started talking about my wife's reaction and laughing about it in earshot. It really destroyed the experience.

I have been going to Hoshi for the last six months and have always had stellar service and food. Being a vegetarian, ramen can sometimes be hard but they had an amazing vegetable ramen that hats lots of different things in it. We’ve ordered take out and it’s always ready within 15 minutes as well as having fast service in store. Tristan is an awesome server, and is not the only great server there as we’ve always had great service. I would rate it 6/5 stars if I could!

The inside was very clean and cozy, we had a party of 8 and the waiter quickly put together tables for us. He took our orders quickly and was very friendly. The staff was so helpful and we got our food less than 10 minutes after ordering. My Beef Bulgolgi was amazing and my 11 yo daughter's food was so good she actually ate the cabbage. Highly, highly recommend and we will definitely be going back.

Amazing experience, the employees here were v kind and helpful (answered our questions and suggested items when we were stuck), the food came out hot & quick, looked amazing, and tested even better! Plenty of opportunity to customize and make your meal your own, which we loved. I also had the mango bingsu and omg 10/10✨✨ I've been looking for a place with bingsu for so long and ofc while we're visiting Texas for less than a week I find it 😭 I hope we can come back and try this place again, there's still so much on the menu that I wanted☺️
