Haven't been to an IHOP in many years, but we've been to this one 3 times in the past couple months. Consistently good and friendly service and food was good as well. I like this smaller style restaurant, it's much more laid back and not so crazy like the bigger ones.

Everything would have been perfect if the waiter had been a bit more attentive, she only took out orders and didn’t come back until our food was ready and then disappeared again until it was time to pay

I eat here alot the staff is always friendly and always smiling love that. Makes me feel like I am in the company of family. The wait staff is amazing and very aware of customers needs. Love that even more....LOVE IHOP IT is the best. And mostest of all there is always plenty of staff on duty..... again I love love love IHOP.... I do miss all the different flavors of syrup on the table but I am an old man and very old school and remember a younger IHOP.....Richard
