I would avoid ordering food online from this store. They failed to include part of my order(one person's entire meal), and neither they nor the delivery service are refunding.

Decent service, food wasn't great. I ordered loaded waffle fries, loaded tiny tacos, 2 tacos, and the bacon ultimate cheeseburger. The waffle fries only 2 of the fries actually had stuff on them, the tacos were decent at best, the bacon ult cheeseburger had little bacon and the wrong bun, i opened the loaded tiny tacos and it had ingredients thrown in, I tried 3 of the 13 and gave up on it. Being 100% honest, the food was bad i threw up 20 mins after eating it, if your going to get a burger, go to buger king, or to tacobell for the tacos, dont go here.

Looked abandoned, trash and rubble outside, made me think I was on set for the next texas chainsaw massacre movie. Some chemicals of some sort leaked into the sweet tea, it tasted like acetone and made me nauseous after drinking it

This is the third time I’ve come to this location to order something they are advertising on a sign; and the person on the intercom either has no idea what it is or they won’t honor the special because it’s no longer in their system. If you aren’t going to keep your signs updated you should honor what is advertised on them.
As a delivery driver, I get that stores can get very busy and it can be hard to keep up during a rush. I also understand the safety reasons to close a lobby at night.
That said— waiting an hour in a drive through line, and being able to clearly see over 10 orders already made just sitting on the front counter and on the shelves is not great. That means orders are sitting, cooling, and the drinks you’ve already made are actively melting. As a driver, WE get blamed for those mistakes for the most part even if it is the store’s fault.
There were five employees that I could see in this store, and the amount of time waiting is unnecessary. That number could handle a much higher volume (as evidenced by the stacked up orders inside cooling). The drive thru was moving one at a time and was ridiculous.

It's Christmas night. I expected there to be a line and fully intended to be patient. However, I have been sitting in this line with no movement for half an hour watching the employees standing around talking. I'm not exaggerating. This line hasn't moved. I tried to call the store and it's been forwarded to someone's cell phone. While I appreciate that they are at work tonight, it would be nice if they were actually working.

Response to Owner Comment: I sent all the information to heyjackbox.com 16 days ago and have not heard anything. It looks like a “concerned” canned response is given to every customer that leaves a less than positive review. Maybe you could contact heyjackbox.com to address both of our food safety concerns.
Found a broken fingernail while eating sourdough sandwich from this location. Will report food safety violation. So gross.

Always appears closed in the morning. First time through the drive through no one answered and I left without ordering anything. They don't have all items and,
specifically, sausage isn't available after 2pm. Mega munchies box was cancelled. If you customize a combo (iced coffee instead of hot, extra sausage etc) they don't understand and it won't be honored. I have been here 4 times, will go elsewhere in the future.

The service was absolutely horrible. I ended up not even ordering because I was concerned he'd do something to my food or drink. The guy taking orders claimed his name was Austin, but I'll be contacting management before corporate to make sure. I attempted to order the same meal I always do for my kids and he said they didn't have it, then he didn't know how to do it, then I didn't know what I was ordering before. His tone was extremely aggressive, and as I drove around to leave, he proceeded to yell out the window and call me out of my name. He was absolutely awful, which was unwarranted because I was polite the entire time, even when I called him out on being rude.

The lady at the drive-thru was very friendly and helpful, and she was quick! I’ve never had an issue at this place; it’s always been a great spot to visit.

It's on the back of a closed down gas station so it's a little weird. I've been here a few times and the staff is nice enough but kind of curt and quiet. Not a bad experience. OK overall.
