Employees that work here are horrible. Horrible customer service. We ordered online, food wasn't ready when we got there. A customer that had been waiting in line walked out because they were pissed. Once we finally got our food, the order was wrong. So now we have to wait even longer for them to fix the order. Just horrible. Workers just standing around not helping the customers. We will never eat from this location again. Do not recommend anyone else to eat at this location.

Ordered a #8 no oil/vinegar, great they read that, but got no cheese, no tomatoes, NO extra ($1.75) avocado. Called- they offered refund or remake. Well, I would like to eat the sandwich I ordered, so went back to get remade sandwich. Thank you. Got home. Open it up, all previous missing items are there but on a completely different bread! 🤦🏻‍♀️Ummm, yah, for driving all the way back to get the correct sandwich and still NOT getting the sandwich I originally ordered (ONLINE ORDER-mind you), yah, I would like my money back too. Why is it so difficult to get the ordered services, especially from an ONLINE order?

Good deal. Got the #13 and it had plenty of meat. The people all had gloves on and were very professional. Highly recommend. I can see why it was the only busy restaurant in the strip mall

Sweet employees! They smile, chat with customers. It’s what makes a business better ty! Employees are Engaging having fun music playing. One employee let me use the restroom before her. Super courteous! I drive from Grapevine just to order here! The employees make this spot wonderful!!! Ty

Have been to Jersey Mike's many times and have never had a problem until today. The service and food has always been excellent. Today I placed an online order at 4:15 and was given a pick up time of 4:31. We arrived a little early, so no problem in having to wait. The problem is that my son was told to get at the end of the line, even though he was there to pick up a online order. I watched from the window as those who came in after my son, continued to get waited on, and my order did not start getting prepared until everyone else was taken care of.
I eventually had to walk into the store to ask what was taking so long. I was told that there were only 2 people working. I understand when businesses are shorthanded. What I don't understand is why my son had to continue to wait. The girl with all of the chains around her neck had a terrible attitude, and to top it all off, my order was prepared incorrectly. I received my order at 4:53.

Want to start by giving Keisha a wonderful shout out. I’ve been to a lot of Jerseys Mikes and have never met a more wooded and outstanding employee. She was the only one working at the time I first arrived and you could tell she had a large amount of orders to get done. I wasn’t in a hurry so I told her to just take her time I was in no hurry. Told her I know how it is when you’re short handed. Another employee Sam came in .
Keisha is the type of employee every business would be lucky to have. She was like the Energizer Bunny and didn’t stop the whole time I was there.
She was very polite, very considerate and asked me multiple times if I needed anything. Years ago when ever me and my boss would go to lunch if we found some one like her we would offer her a job..
She definitely in my eyes deserves a raise and more help during her shift. Thank you Keisha for making my day.

Ordered my food at 1:45… didn’t get it until 2:30

Staff was extremely rude when I asked why everyone in line was getting their food made prior to ours being made.

Then they workers in a rude manner said “we’re working on it.”

Like jerseys but can’t support rude or stuck up behavior from staff.

Spent 26 dollars on sandwiches that I will not eat because the staff would not listen to me. I told the lady I didn't want certain items on both sandwiches. She said "her job is to only take the order." So I tell the next person which items I did not want on the sandwiches. She continued to put the ingredients on even when I asked her to stop. She said "just scrape it off." They made the 2nd sandwiches at a completely different station and so naturally, all the crap I don't want on the sandwiches is on it. So, I tried to tell multiple people how I wanted my order, and nobody cared. At this point I'd like management to call me in order to issue a refund considering the staff looked me dead in my face and refused to make my sandwich the way I wanted it made.

I came into get my sandwich that I had ordered online and not only did I receive the wrong order but I called after and the manager (don’t know her name), told me to take it up with corporate and it wasn’t her problem that I did not get my food! I am furious!!

I did not come to your restaurant today to be greeted by folks at a table outside your front door and be asked for donations to whatever cause. I am a financial giver already and have no idea who these people are and their vetting process for donations are. If you think this is helping your business think again. I did not shop with you and will not in the future.

Today is June 24, 2024. See picture and tell me what’s wrong…yep, expiration date. Of course I took it to go…but I can always drive back up there and pick up another bag, and they’ll let their manager know. OK. Apparently, they can’t put a credit under my registered Jersey Mike’s account…that would make too much sense. $50 for two sandwich combos and I tipped…my fault for not checking the expiration date myself. What other food are they not checking expiration dates on? Do I need to ask how old the mayo is too. Do better.

Stopped in today for a quick lunch. Always super tasty and the wide variety of sandwiches you can build definitely makes it easy to pick up lunch for the office. Staff was friendly and when you ask for extra pickles they deliver!

For the 3rd time in the past couple of months, our order was either wrong or missing items. Wrong bread, missing sides. There needs to be some kind of quality control at this location. It's really gone downhill in the past few months.
