We have been to Cassandra’s twice and used 2 different credit cards to pay for our meal. Immediately after pay for our meal BOTH cards were compromised!!! They make you check out with an IPAD and I believe they skim the numbers. Will not be going back!!!! Be careful!!!

It's been awhile since we last ate here. The owners have renovated the restaurant with a Texas/country atmosphere complete with beautiful classic country music. There is also a big screen TV with Euro 2024 (soccer) playing. I ordered the relleno and it's homemade. I prefer to have a light salsa sauce on it vs the processed cheese topping. I don't like onions and that was the 2nd flavor in the salsa served with chips. I can enjoy salsa usually but the onion flavor was strong. Hubby loved his enchilada plate and especially enjoyed the tangy verde sauce. Note: Kassandra's is closed Saturday & Sunday.

Food was average. Ambience was nice, except a giant TV blaring Newsmax right in front of me. I don’t appreciate politics shoved down my throat when dining on enchiladas. Tone deaf ownership.

Four of us met here for lunch. First time here. We all really enjoyed our food, and service was excellent. We all agree we will be going here again!
Just finished a fantastic breakfast at Kassandra’s. I had the carne guisada and eggs, added some hashbrowns, and everything was wonderful. Flavorful and tender beef, crispy hashbrowns, and warm soft homemade tortillas. I couldn’t have asked for anything better. A few of the negative reviews made me nervous but I can only assume they caught the place on an off day for some of the staff as my service was fast and friendly.As you might note from my other reviews, I visit Mexican restaurants all across the southwest and expect specific flavors and experiences, and this place meets my expectations perfectly.
