Not only was the food delicious but the service was amazing and the ambiance was perfect. We were celebrating our anniversary and this was a perfect place to do it. Thank you for making this such a wonderful evening for my wife and I. We have been going through a lot of stuff with a death of a parent but also things that are stressful after all of this. We were able to walk in and forget about it for a short while. For that, we thank you.

Putting out the secret, This is now our favorite steak house when in the area. The Ribeye steak was cooked perfectly well marbled and tasty, salad good, and don't get me started on drinks espresso martini chef's kiss. Service is top notch from top down, Magaly will take care of you.

Went on a very slow Tuesday night (made for a very nice dining experience). The appetizers were new and different for us (enjoyed). The steaks were excellent and made is sad that it took us so long to come and experience the restaurant. Service was very friendly and attentive. The only knock is the complimentary dessert we received for our special occasion. It tasted "refrigerator stale" as though it had been uncovered in a cooler for some time. Again, it was something nice they tried to do, so not taking away from the rest of our experience. The dessert we paid for (bread pudding) was excellent. We look forward to going back.

I went to Keller Chophouse for the first for Lousiana night. And it was a amazing experience. The staff was so friendly and engaging. They had live music from wonderful band playing jazz, R & B and a little rock. The food was delicious (4 course meal) and it was only 80 dollars. My waitress (Magaly) was amazing, engaging, and made the dinner the highlight of my night. I cant wait come back and try out the steak.

My boyfriend and I went to Keller Chophouse this past Saturday night, and I left feeling very disappointed. Our waitress was noticeably rude toward me, and as an interracial couple, I couldn’t help but feel that her behavior was racially motivated. When it came time to order, she made a point to embarrass me about my steak choice and frowned when I selected mac and cheese as my side which, by the way, is listed right on the menu. Her tone and facial expressions were condescending and passive aggressive, making the whole experience uncomfortable. I ordered mac and cheese because it was what I wanted and because I have allergies to some of the vegetables offered,but none of that should have mattered. Her job was to provide good service, not judgment. Despite the poor treatment, we still left her a $100 tip, hoping it might serve as a lesson in kindness and professionalism. Hopefully, she uses it as a reminder that everyone deserves respect, regardless of skin color or who they’re dining with. This experience was unacceptable, and I truly hope management addresses this type of behavior so no one else feels disrespected the way I did.
