Went on a very slow Tuesday night (made for a very nice dining experience). The appetizers were new and different for us (enjoyed). The steaks were excellent and made is sad that it took us so long to come and experience the restaurant. Service was very friendly and attentive. The only knock is the complimentary dessert we received for our special occasion. It tasted "refrigerator stale" as though it had been uncovered in a cooler for some time. Again, it was something nice they tried to do, so not taking away from the rest of our experience. The dessert we paid for (bread pudding) was excellent. We look forward to going back.

We came for a Birthday party on Monday night. We were pleased to have many selections to eat including a special menu for weekdays. We chose shrimp & grits, kabobs, sea bass, and pork chops. Everyone was delighted with their choice. The chocolate martini was wonderful. They had a special dessert for the birthday girl. The atmosphere was cozy, perfect for a date night. The server, Eric was attentive but not hovering. We had a great time.

The highlight of the meal was definitely our steaks and dessert. We were surprised to find out that a steakhouse in North Texas buys their meat from Chicago, rather than from local ranchers, but they were tasty. I'd highly recommend the tiramisu. Light, not too sweet, and very delicious. That and a good cup of coffee was a great way to end our meal. The service and the ambiance were a solid three stars, nothing more unfortunately. Sort of tired decor and older furniture which is fine, but it just felt like they were trying too hard. Our server was good and took care of us, but again it just felt off and more like a Longhorn Steakhouse than a higher end restaurant. I paid about the same as a meal at Del Frisco's, which is in a totally different category. We might give it another try, as maybe they were having an off night, but it wasn't good enough to immediately go back again as soon as we can. Sorry.

Excellent experience in Keller. The service from the wait team led by Eric was outstanding. The food was excellent, as well as the selection. This meal was enhanced with some live music that was spot-on for the venue.

Steak and salmon excellent. Vegetables were cold. Salad not cut into bite sized pieces. Bread was hard from having been left out for some time. Had let one wait staff leave causing a service issue. Single sever did everything including hosting. We use restaurant week to try out new restaurants and we won't return here

There's plenty of parking, and they have a bar inside. The steaks are delicious, juicy, tasty, and the lobster mac and cheese is the best. The restaurant is very clean. They have an variety of desserts.
On the other side the waitress was distracted; she over fill our cups and spill the glass, she only came by to check on us a few times. The cook brought our food and she didn't even notice. Then she came to let us know the food was coming, and we'd already eaten half the plate. We thought about order the chocolate cake with ice cream and she discouraged us saying will take 30 minutes.
It was around 9:30 p.m., maybe she was tired and wanted to go home, but we were the only customers there and the schedule says they close at 1030 on Saturdays. Which was the reason we chose to make reservation there and not at Salt Grass.
Finnaly got my 8 ounce and my 6 ounce witch totaled 140 dollars with 17 solar runny Mac n cheese. I tried to bring it up and got aggression and just got told to leave when I told them it was raw both steaks were undercooked and inedible.

We've been to Keller chophouse many times and it's always delicious! Nice atmosphere and great for date nights- this time we took our older kids with us to celebrate a birthday and they enjoyed the special occasion. Eric was our server and was fabulous!
