Had a great Valentine weekend meal. The service was great. Attentive, but not over the top. Spacing of appetizers, salad, entree was good. Had an Old Fashioned and it was one of the best I have had. My wife had lobster and I a steak mid rare. All cooked perfectly. Good value in today's market. Will definitely go back soon.

Reservations were helpful and accommodating! Food was amazing, I had salmon— friends had steak and they say it was the best, so tender and full and of flavor. Our waiter was very polite, humorous, so sociable with us, kind, and very accommodating! Overall great service!

Trying to support local Keller establishments so tried it for our Anniversary. Ambiance could be much better for a Steakhouse and considering price point. No privacy. Tables one right next to the other with little separation. If we knew there were tables in the bar we would have sat there as they seemed more private. Servers were great. Eric and Tina were excellent.

We were greeted with a glare and an attitude from the hostess. That really rubbed me the wrong way knowing I was going to spend over $300 at dinner that night. Had table reservations and were asked if we would just like to sit at the bar. This was on Valentines Day, I had made the reservations 3 weeks ago...no I don't want to sit at the bar. The Chef did a good job with the food and our waiter Eric helped the experience get better for us throughout the night. But, it was really loud and The Chophouse didn't do anything to make the environment special for Valentine's Day. On top of that, I used the mens restroom and when I flushed the urinal (one flush) it overflowed and splashed nasty on my boots. The bathroom was awful. Maybe I had too high of expectations. Heres the bullet points... The Good: 1. Waiter Eric was great 2. Food was cooked as requested and was good The Bad: 1. Food is overpriced 2. Hostess was rude 3. Really loud 4. Décor was below similar local steakhouses. 3. Urinal overflow and mens bathroom was nasty This is honest feedback from a local 7 year Keller resident. I just stick with Shotzee's and Icehouse next door.

We wanted to try something different and The Keller ChopHouse was a satisfying experience. The food was quite good as was the service from Duwey. It was a bit crowed, so much so that we felt we were dining with a group of people, they apparently added tables for the Valentine holiday date night. I'm guessing it is not always as tightly packed as it was this night. Also as expected, it is not cheap as it is definitely a high class SteakHouse. The food certainly was. We had filets that were perfectly cooked along with sides of Cream Corn and Au Gratin Potatoes. Cocktails and a glass of house Cab made for perfect additions.
Our dinner at Keller Chophouse was amazing! The food was some of the best we’ve ever had, each bite bursting with flavor. The restaurant’s ambiance added to the happiness of the night, making it a perfect family outing. We’ll definitely be back!

Called ahead and said we don't have a reservation but we'd like to come in for dinner. We were told that they would have to sit us in the bar area in the back. Came in the front door and the front dining room was virtually empty other than one table of rowdy imbibing people which they proceeded to sit us right next to. The service was good and the steaks were good and the wine was good. We enjoyed ourselves after the rowdy table got up and left. It is a fine dining expensive place, so we dressed up. Not everyone there did.
