Today I was walking thru the produce section of Kroger on Keller Pkwy. I noticed this woman yapping on the phone. She had two containers of fresh strawberries open and she was culling them….making one box full of choice berries and the other less desirable. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!

Don’t know how this place has 5 stars, just left and the “head” baker was extremely rude and not helpful at all. Just acted like I was annoying her for having questions about my son’s first birthday cake and a smash cake. The only reason I tried this place was because I saw it had great reviews. Would not recommend.

No customer service. One lane open. Six lanes if you want to work at Kroger for free. All have long lines. Only one helpless employee to handle all the issues. No discount for doing their job for them.

I never really buy from the bakery, I do always stop and get sushi, it's the best here. The product seems to be fresh tho and smells good.

went go their "Halloween kids night", they had a cookie walk and a bean bag toss... that was it. I saw one other kid there in a costume. My kid was a zombie slayer make up blood the works. for a cookie which they could have gotten for free in the bakery anyways? the cookie walk the lady said no to my kids because they already got one from the bean bag toss. pretty livid about this, they are pretty good usually but this just takes the cake for me. not literally because they only had a cookie walk, and they didn't even give my kids cookies!!!
