Server/ cashier wasn’t well informative to answer my question. Gave me the wrong fries and he wasn’t well attentive giving the right orders to customers or the music was too loud to hear our orders. Disappointed and was hoping this place would be different but I’ll look elsewhere.

Quiet place. Not the price I would pay for the food. I ordered a Philly cheese steak which is one of their signature dishes with a side of curly fries. First off not enough selection for people who do not drink soda/pop. The fries were very over cooked and hard to eat not a soft spot in the middle and were stuck together. The Philly was also over cooked and very greasy. So greasy that as soon as I hit into it, it all fell apart! As subpar I was drinking sweet tea and she came and removed the entire tea container and when I asked her about she said I thought you were drinking soda and then preceded to ask me was everything ok with out acknowledging that she took the one thing that I was drinking other then water. I would honestly rate this place a 2 but due to the quick service you received 3 stars. Not a fan and I honestly don’t think I will be bringing my hard earned money back here! Thanks but no thanks!

The food is great, but the past few times I’ve been in, the staff has been insanely rude for no reason and most recently would not even greet or acknowledge me when I came to the counter to pick up an order, just stared at me from the kitchen.

Great juicy burgers. Always fresh. I ordered the wasabi burger which has a really tasty sauce which I asked for on the side. Also got sweet potato fries which were really good. The sauce is really good for dipping fries in, creamy and spicy. They have various kinds of specialty sodas on tap.

Love LA Burger. We typically order about once a month for pick up but have dined in occasionally as well. Daughter loves the shake options and is a big fan of the Holy Smokes burger. Husband loves the OG with bacon & sweet potato fries. I tend to order the Rice Bowl because of the spicy kimchi, runny egg and flavorful beef. Hard to branch out when it is so good every time. You should try it out! Everyone is very friendly in store as well. Makes it a place you want to frequent often.

I came in at 8:30 pm and granted they close at 9pm this guy really told me the kitchen was closed and denied me. super irritated not coming back and I used to come up here all the time.

very very underrated! i have always seen this place around, never heard about it or been told about it, but omg is it the best! i got the k-town burger with everything on it with cheese and egg, with a classic root beer! nothing beats this.
