I normally do not write reviews, especially unfavorable ones, but I do not recommend using life is sweets services. I was really looking forward to doing a gender reveal and getting a cake made. I was super excited going into the bakery and when I was explaining what I wanted and what I was planning on doing, the baker/owner told me that my idea was stupid and that she hated it. I’m not confrontational and was in a time crunch so I still moved forward with getting the cake made. In hindsight, I shouldn’t have given her business, but at the time I was just in shock from how rude she was. I clearly should’ve looked at the other bad reviews because it seems like this is a reoccurring problem with this bakery. Not too sure why you would be in a service industry if you don’t have good customer service. Just my opinion!

I needed a cake for my husband’s surprise 40th birthday! The cake was reasonably priced, customer service was great, and almost every guest asked where the cake was from! Highly recommend!

Very cute bakery tucked away in the heart of Keller. We got a small cake which at first I thought was priced high but upon receiving it, we were pleasantly surprised with not only how great it came out but it was 3 layers and ended up being a lot more than we thought! Please go see this place for your bakery needs.

New to the area and looking for fun new "regulars" and small businesses to support. This shop is adorable from the outside. My first time I went in they were super busy so I thought the lack of friendliness might be due to that. The two cookies I sampled were excellent so I went back a couple of days later to see if my first experience was just an off day. This time I was the only one in the shop and felt distinctly unwelcomed to the point I felt uncomfortable. So in spite of their delicious cookies I probably won't be going back. Sad because if they had been friendly this could have easily become my (almost) daily stop.

What can I say but just simply perfection! This cake and dozen cookies were for my daughters sweet 16 birthday party and we all loved it! The chocolate cake with fudge icing coated with buttercream frosting was so moist and not overwhelmingly sweet for even 3 days after we had purchased it... the cookies were so beautiful and soft with such An artistic finish we didn't want to eat that piece of artwork ? we will absolutely come back again! Everything was smooth from ordering to the desserts being ready for pick up and I'dabsolutely recommend this sweet shop in the heart of keller...Delicious ?

The chocolate cupcakes are INSANE! So moist and the icing is divine. Really cool, old school vibe to this cute little boutique shop. And not overpriced. Highly recommend.
Apparently I'm not the first to review and comment on this bakery and the lady with dark hair & glasses (assuming she is the owner) being terrible at speaking with customers, and overall LACK of service she provides. I had a door tag from a missed delivery. The phone number and address were hand written to pick up my delivery at "Life is Sweet" when I arrived, walked in, and showed her tag she quickly told me they had no returns, and I needed to call 1800 Flowers! And walked away. I then spent over an hour and a half on the phone trying to find what ever, sent by whomever and to no avail could anyone help me find my Christmas gift.Anyway, I hope the baked goods make up for the poor customer service, but I will never know.

We celebrated our daughter's golden 8th on a party bus with black lights and WOW! The cookies and cake balls were a huge hit! Ordering was so easy, I just emailed a picture of what I was looking for! Pick up was a breeze! Packing was professional but most of all, everything was yummy!

I was so excited to try this place but the lady with dark hair and black frame glass Who is selling sweets was very sour , I’m not sure she should be in the customer service , her personality does not match the sweets that she is trying to sell.
