Lupe's Comida con Sabor (Keller)

I’m always treated SO WELL at Lupe’s! The wait staff are incredible, the food is piping hot and delicious, and the atmosphere is wonderful. I come about once a month and wish I could visit more!

Me and my boyfriend just went here and the food is amazing, excellent customer service, Even the manager ask if everything was okay, is not crowded and the menu is similar to “mi cocina” but cheaper, the bean dip is really good, also the margaritas taste like real fruit, margaritas are really good

We arrived on Sunday night at 7pm only 5 tables plus us. After sitting at our table for 20 minutes we asked one of the waitresses if we could please get drinks as no one had even asked us what we wanted. She said sorry we’re short staffed we’ll get to you in a few minutes. We got up to leave and she said where are you going we told her somewhere else it’s been 20 minutes and we still don’t even have drinks and she said oh 20 minutes. Maybe the staff here should be retrained on customer service and serving this is absolutely ridiculous. We were not even acknowledged by staff until we asked if we could get drinks. Will definitely be taking our business somewhere else this evening and in the future.

Came in tonight, watched the bartender serve 3 orders of fajitas, came out of kitchen sizzling, we wait 20 minutes for our fajitas, no sizzling, rice and beans are luke warm, I can eat the steak, chicken and shrimp right off the platter ... not happpy and we found out that one of the managers waited on us...

The food was pretty good. The servers were clearly unhappy and not motivated. Ice tea with no ice. When asked for ice it came back with 2 cubes in the glass. Service was slow. One small bowl of chips for the table and they were hesitant to refill. The service and atmosphere was so strange I won't be back.

Went there for lunch today. Bean dip smelled old and rancid; flour tortillas were packaged tortillas; corn shells were also packaged- rice was good, taco meat was flavorful. Prices a bit high. Only one waitress for the entire restaurant but she was very friendly❤️
