Hello Franchisee, hope all is well. Me, not so much. Happy Meals were not very happy today. Out of McDonalds toys in the HM, how, the program is still running, but we got Elio toys from months ago. Understaffed and use of ‘self-service’ was another treat. Apples were sour in HM. What an unpleasant experience. I could go on and on.

Tried ordering a cheeseburger, a kids cheeseburger and a medium fry and it was too complicated for the lady in the drive-through. She couldn’t get the order right and there was a huge language barrier. I had to just drive away.

Came here yesterday and ordered a SPICY chicken wrap. They gave me one wrapped in regular wrapper so I still bit it thinking they might have wrapped it wrong. It wasn’t spicy. I still had a very nice attitude after I had to turn all the way around and asked them for my spicy wrap and returned the regular one. The lady at the window hands it to me and asks “you didn’t hear me ask you regular or spicy” like??? I said no, you just handed it to me with a smile on my face because she literally did just hand it to me and didn’t ask anything. She shouldn’t have to ask anything because the order on her screen said SPICY chicken wrap because that’s what was on my receipt. Why was I made to feel wrong when yall messed up lol???? could’ve just gave me my wrap that you messed up without the question.

This place like most other fast food places only care about the drive threw. You order inside and sit there forever watching car after car come and go while you ordered well ahead of them
