Do not trust this place. They hire people that don't know how to count currency from the US. I go here 3-4 times per week and over the past month I have been short changed and the person taking my money had conveniently been in the way of the camera when the manager tried to review the security camera. This time they didn't bother placing all the money in camera view. The thing is I HAVE A CAMERA & MIC INSIDE MY CAR and it shows exactly what I gave them and what they tried to give back. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!! They can hardly be understood in person or the drive through speaker.

VERY SLOW service and rude manager. Last few times took over 10 minutes in drive through with only 2 cars ahead of me. Last time after 10 minutes told to move ahead to wait for Big Mac. After total of 15 minutes waiting I walked in to find out what was taking so long. Manager didn’t say anything and just turned around and started speaking to staff in Spanish. Couple of minutes later handed me bag with barely warm fries and the Big Mac. Didn’t say sorry or explain the long wait. Now I drive a mile further and go to Wendy’s for fast service AND better food.

I feel the atmosphere is very bad and I tell the people want they need to prove they say they want to prove to be better but I don't see any process and I like arguing and telling the workers the truth and what they need to work on and they don't listen and they just want to just be in their own little world and just listen to music and be on their phones and just stand around and talk to people at work and they know their is work to be done and also the people at McDonald's they don't care about working they stand around and do nothing and I think the people that in charge of McDonald's should see what the workers do at McDonald's to see what we are talking about to make sure we are following the rules and the procedures

ordered around 9:30 was made to wait 15 minutes for a cold happy meal while i watched people inside do everything BUT hand me my food, when i came back and asked it was made fresh this little girl (in the gray jacket) began laughing, obviously irritated i snapped at her and just asked for the food to be remade, instead she got a manager and refused me the food i paid for then “somehow” no refund was able to be issued i have literally had no problems here before now but i will be contacting corporate the regional office as well as requesting a meeting with the general manager as this is the worst service i have received from a mcdonalds and thats saying something. photos attached show the lack of personnel at the store window over the span of minutes and i also have a recorded conversation. the manager refused to give me both her anf the employees names but i have photo, video and recorded conversation evidence, i wanted to be a lawyer so i am nothing if not thorough. not to mention the fact that I PAID FOR FOOD AND DIDNT GET IT!!
edited to add: i work in a service industry, and this behavior would NEVER be tolerated, not when i was 15,16, or any age. this level of service is abhorrent and having to state multiple times my food is cold is insane🤗

Ordered a classic egg McMuffin with cheese sausage breakfast sandwich, also tried the chicken biscuit sandwich. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't as good as I thought it'd be. Tastes like chicken but doesn't TASTE like chicken. They made my coffee well. 👍🏾 Just the meal I needed to get started on my pet sit today.

Slow and new fast pace experience employee . Make too much mistakes on order and not organize .they will ask what I order at drive thru windows cause someone made mistakes. Than tell u pull to one the number up front when it is a small order .
