ordered around 9:30 was made to wait 15 minutes for a cold happy meal while i watched people inside do everything BUT hand me my food, when i came back and asked it was made fresh this little girl (in the gray jacket) began laughing, obviously irritated i snapped at her and just asked for the food to be remade, instead she got a manager and refused me the food i paid for then “somehow” no refund was able to be issued i have literally had no problems here before now but i will be contacting corporate the regional office as well as requesting a meeting with the general manager as this is the worst service i have received from a mcdonalds and thats saying something. photos attached show the lack of personnel at the store window over the span of minutes and i also have a recorded conversation. the manager refused to give me both her anf the employees names but i have photo, video and recorded conversation evidence, i wanted to be a lawyer so i am nothing if not thorough. not to mention the fact that I PAID FOR FOOD AND DIDNT GET IT!!

edited to add: i work in a service industry, and this behavior would NEVER be tolerated, not when i was 15,16, or any age. this level of service is abhorrent and having to state multiple times my food is cold is insane🤗

Ordered a classic egg McMuffin with cheese sausage breakfast sandwich, also tried the chicken biscuit sandwich. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't as good as I thought it'd be. Tastes like chicken but doesn't TASTE like chicken.
They made my coffee well. 👍🏾

Slow and new fast pace experience employee . Make too much mistakes on order and not organize .they will ask what I order at drive thru windows cause someone made mistakes. Than tell u pull to one the number up front when it is a small order .

This McDonald's is consistently great..... Nope ... It was ... And they must have new managers or no managers because the last few times has sucked. The fries are cold and bland and have no salt. Uneatable. The burger is overdone. Just trash. So disappointing because they use to be consistent and amazing..

Absolutely poor service!! I waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes for a large sweet tea and large fry. When I finally reached the window the fries were ice cold. I asked for fresh fries so they asked me to pull up to 1 so I did. I waited there for about 5 minutes and finally had to go in and get my order. After going inside the staff were moving in slow motion. When I finally received my order the fries were unsalted and the tea was watered down. This isn't the first time I received poor food or service. I will be avoiding this location at all cost in the future.

If you order from here you won't get all your food. Then you have to go get it so when you get home you eat cold food. Use to when McDonald's screwed up your order you could get free pies. Nope, not anymore. You get nothing

I pick up food weekly. I've had a rubbery breakfast sandwich, one that tasted of cologne, and on my latest visit, a 3/4 full container of fries. You should get what you pay for! There just isn't motivation at this location to provide good customer service. I prefer to drive past this one to get what you'd expect.

This location never ceases to amaze me with how they are able to mess up an order. You can order one single item and they will mess it up. And their drive thru employees all seem to be hearing impaired. Tell them your order 3 times in a row and they will repeat it back incorrectly.
