Picked up an order yesterday 1/23/26. Food was good but the worker at the window told us not to tip on the receipt, because the owner Todd keeps the tips. Only Delivery drivers gets tip from deliveries, not the back of the house.

Wow! Mr Jim's in Keller TX rocks! Not only was the food hot and amazing .my order was here super fast! The cina stixs omg with the extra icing was out of this world . U are now my fav pizza delivery!! Customer for life !

I'm not sure how the ratings are so high because I did not get a 4-star pizza. Ordered 2 large pizzas. One was supposed to be a meat lover but barely had any meat on it. The other one was half pepperoni and beef but didn't have much cheese on it. Just wanted to try something different outside of Pizza Hut and Dominoes, but this is a no-go for me.

This place is truly a jewel. Exceptional food, staff and service. The dough is made in house everyday and the owner of over 30 years gets his produce daily from the local farmers market.
