We have been customers at the Grapevine location for years, and this was our first visit to the Keller location. The staff were friendly, and the food was excellent. When they were unable to provide two menu items our party had ordered, the manager happily made it right with replacement and refund.
Always love Palio's. We (2 of us) split a salad and pizza. We've tried many of their pizzas and have never been disappointed. With our own wine it's a perfect dinner. Friendly staff and comfortable environment!!
Shout out to Caleb! Friendly, helpful and courteous young man. He brought a take out container to my table because he knew I wouldn't eat all that pizza without being asked. Will hold the door open for me as I use a cane. Always greets me with a smile. Great employee! Give him a raise! Pizza's not bad either!
