After we ordered 2 Large pizzas we received an estimated delivery time of 37 minutes. We didnāt receive the delivery until an hour after we ordered (almost double the estimated time) and the pizza was cold upon delivery. The delivery driver apologized and said they were short handed and there were only 2 people working. Very disappointed in the cold pizza and delayed delivery time. Almost $50 spent for cold pizza!!!

Ordered from this location tonight and am VERY disappointed. After receiving an automated text that our order was on the way, we waited 30 minutes and still didnāt receive our food. We called the store and the lady on the phone told us that our order had been completed. We let her know that we never received our order and we were put on hold so that she could contact the driver. Come to find outā¦ our order was never delivered. The lady on the phone told us that the driver told her she knocked and no one came to the door. She proceeded to tell us that the driver called and texted us and since no one answered, she took the food back to the store. We NEVER received a call or text and no one came to our door. She argued back that she was looking at the texts the driver sent to us (again, never received any call or text), and when we checked our ring camera, no one ever came to our door. HORRIBLE service.

I downloaded the app and attempted to order. After adding order and payment information. I was not able to create an account. Plan B Go to website and did the same thing....could not proceed with creating an account. Plan C Called the store directly: Placed order and informed them about my previous plans. I was informed that if my address does not pop up in the system they cannot deliver. I said my address was correct and the one in their system is different. The young man said "well thank you for calling Papa John's". Very polite young man and just hung up. Evidently I was not even given the opportunity to pick it up. I live 2.3 miles from the location. Pizza is standard chain fare. I canāt use them again because sometimes they use DoorDash for delivery which seems to be the only business on earth that canāt find my house.

BEWARE that this location may cancel your order for no apparent reason. I ordered 12 pizzas for delivery and was tracking the order. For a while it said āpreparing,ā and then at the time it was projected to be delivered, all of the sudden it said āthis order has been canceled.ā I called the store, and the man told me he had called with a question and because I didnāt answer or call back, they canceled it. I had ZERO MISSED CALLS or messages. I had a hungry baseball team that I had to hurry and feed so I asked if they could go ahead and make it. He told me I needed to reorder online and wait another 45 minutes. Luckily Jetās Pizza came through and got it done in 30.
Wait time is terrible spend your money elsewhere.
