My wife and I went to Pattea Lou’s for lunch and had a wonderful time. The establishment is tastefully decorated. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Most of all the food was outstanding! We plan to spread the word on this little gem.

Pattea Lou's Tea Room is a lovely place for lunch with delicate porcelain tea cups on saucers and a hot pot of fresh tea. There are several delicious blends of tea leaves with spices to choose from. The main dining area feels posh and comfortable with soft pastel pink walls and white trim. Every table has a center piece with porcelain bowls of sugar squares, honey and other sweetners. The servers are very helpful and pleasant just like the excellent atmosphere! The private high tea room (by reservation only) projects a lovely Alice in Wonderland theme which is great for group photos of your special event. I will visit again the next time I'm in Keller!

We called ahead and made reservations weeks in advance to have a special tea party for our mom’s 60th birthday. On the week of the scheduled date, they called and said they have a private party during our scheduled time and our only option is to get a refund or reschedule. So now we are left scrambling trying to find a different option elsewhere. Very very disappointing and unprofessional.

I’m writing this review because as a guy, I feel very welcomed and invited at Pattea Lou’s Tea Room. The vibe is amazing and I encourage all dudes and fathers to enjoy a tasty and fun time here. The chicken salad sandwiches have a massive and generous portion of chicken salad and the price points are more than fair. It’s a refreshing and uplifting meal every time. The wide variety of teas are staggering. Our goal is to try them all. The Tea Room was an unforgettable experience for our daughter’s 18th birthday and I enjoyed it more than she did! Please see the pics of the tower we had. The Tea Room is gorgeous and everyone needs to try it at least once. It’s a great date for my wife and I. The warm and kind staff keep great tabs on us and that makes us happy. It’s a well run and clean environment that we put in our heavy rotation. Please give this loving Tea Room a chance…you will leave happy!!!

This was such a beautiful setting for my daughter's graduation tea party. The attention to detail and service are top notch. The menu is incredible. Next time we go, we would like to coordinate tea choices with our table because we all wanted to try one of everything!

Sharing my 14 year old daughter's review as she pretty much nailed it :) - This little tea place was a fabulous experience! We took my European grandparents, who lived in England for 23 years before moving to France, and they truly enjoyed the food and tea! Even though this shop does not have the traditional English scones, they have an Americanized, flavorful replacement! My grandparents did not try these scones, but my parents did and enjoyed them! I personally tried the carrot cake, which was delicious in flavor and exceeded expectations. They have an Alice in Wonderland decoration theme, adding to the quaint and fun vibe of the shop.I tried the mad hatter tea- which was delicious, especially after I added brown sugar cubes. The customer service was 10/10, with everyone being so sweet and attentive. We ended up having a conversation with the owner’s daughter, who was truly a beautiful soul! Overall, I certainly recommend this tea house and am sure going to return soon!

These guys are INCREDIBLE. I had hosted a women’s tea for our church a few months back and our original venue fell through. It was a large party - almost 40 - and when I called they were so kind and immediately accommodated our needs. They were kind, helpful, and attentive. The food was great, the tea was delicious, and the atmosphere was so fun. Would recommend them 100 times over.

Absolutely the BEST afternoon tea in Dallas/Fort Worth. Everything was fresh, delicious and made-from-scratch. There are around 36 different teas to choose from and they give each person a whole pot, which makes it great for sharing. We were blown away by Chef Renee’s creativity and flavors. She even stopped by our table to say hello. There is a different theme each month which keeps things exciting. What a great way to spend an afternoon with friends or family. Our server was great. The decor has a fun Alice in Wonderland theme. I’m already planning my next visit!

Over priced for the quality and customer service. Organized my daughter’s birthday in this place, tea room, 70 per person to expensive for the quality, thing s you can do at home with 10 buck. I have been to several tea room and the food quality is a deception. Too expensive ham and cheese croissant, and bread and jelly. The wallpaper a little creepy flowers with snakes. And the worst part customer service, all the time they were rushing you to get out, we were supposed to have 2 hours, and at 1.5 hrs the waitress was putting everything in containers to go. The waitress kept interrupting. Summary, all the party did no enjoy specially the rushing. For 70 USD per person you can go to a fancy restaurant, and have a better meal.
