I just had good Pho at another place while on a business trip and it’s amazing, so felt obligated to rate my recent experience at Pho in the Box. It’s the Jack in the Box of Pho. I don’t recommend this place if you really like good Pho. Also had light stomach issues the day after. Just sayin…

Great food. Appetizers are a tad expensive ($6/2 fresh rolls). However, they need to turn up the heat in here! I came to get pho on a cold (24F) day and I'm nearly freezing while I await my soup.

Order was weird. Added a fried egg to a rice dish. Egg was served on the side. Requested nothing spicy. Received jalapeños. When ordering online, it is difficult to manipulate the field to not tip 30%. Food was just okay, which makes this a bad value. Will not return.

This is the first time I was dining at this restaurant, the service is superior and half-service. I think this one was launched by a family because I think at the counter bar was crowed with the kids sometimes. I was there and ordered with grilled pork vermicelli and it did not take a long time to wait, like fast and furious and I was so appreciative with that!
Kid-friendliness: The kids served very friendliness and the owner I think she's name Tammy, she's talkative, I think I was getting she's there around evening, actually.

Very delicious and fresh! We had Bun instead of Pho and it was some of the best we've ever had. The pork was grilled nicely, the shrimp was tasty and the egg roll was crispy and delicious. They serve the Bun two ways. Both traditional. One is with flavored noodles (they pre-mix sauce with noodles ahead of time) or with regular bun and a side of fish sauce. I like both but prefer the latter. I think most Americans would prefer the former. Try it both ways and decide for yourself. I also got the Vietnamese Coffee which was quite good. I miss getting to drip the espresso myself, but it was way easier having it come in a cup with a bubble tea straw. I'd go again.

In an older building, this lovely family is running a tasty pho shop with all the standard offerings. I caught them at a slow time so I received lots of attention. I was looking for a light snack and they were eager with a suggestion of spring rolls. They tasted great and was just what I needed. I'll definitely be going back.
