Ordered my pizzas. Paid $45. Never got pizzas and the phone says they are closed. Its 730 on a Tuesday night. What is up? Where is my money?
I have reached out directly to Pizza Hut numerous times being advised I will hear something back in three to five business days. Those commitments fell on deaf ears. Paid for extra side, did not receive, pizza not fully cut, slid in the box and messed it up. Do I get a refund for not receiving a paid for item? HELL NO, this is just another Big Corporation bullying the consumer. I truly keep my fingers crossed the State old Texas investigates how many times this has happened...read full review
