Negative stars all around. Placed an order, alerted it was ready, and arrived for pick-up, only to have the clueless cashier finally locate my order to tell me they don't have the items on their menu, so they canceled our order by submitting it was ready for pick-up. Never again. They have messed up our order in the past, lesson learned guys.

This is for the pizza hut of Keller Parkway. Graham was absolutely a peach. Kind, and efficient, and friendly. Asked how my day was going etc. He had a good vibe which came out when he greeted me. I can tell he does it for everyone. Kudos young man and don't ever change. Pizza hut in watauga pls take not because some of you need an attitude adjustment. Just saying.

Ordered Pizza Sunday night an hour before they close via website. Tracker shows order in oven and will be delivered at 11:10PM. At 11:35PM, no pizza. I call the store just to get a message saying they are closed and they cancelled my order. No notice, no nothing. Left the house and went to Dominoes. All they had to do was text and tell me order was cancelled. Typical service nowadays, will never order from their again!
Pizza Hut in Keller is the best. Piping hot and quick delivery.

driver arrived and I met him on my front stoop. door was cracked and my two dogs wanted to come out and greet. he started shouting for them to get in, get in. I herded them back in. No threat, no touch, not "in his space". driver was shouting at me how I was breaking the law, and doing illegal things. asked him to just give me the pizza. He stared at me and reluctantly gave it. "I dont even have to give this to you for breaking the law" I took the pizza and turned away to go back in, still on my front stoop. He said he was" going to call the cops now."
I was not happy with my pizza experience.
