Ordered through doordash and was giving me conflicting addresses so I called just to confirm or deny if my order was sent there or not. Whoever answered the phone must've been having a bad day cause he came in straight with attitude about having to contact doordash to change anything. I didn't ask to change anything on the order or address and again just asked if my order was at that location but again told me very rudely that he cannot do anything and to contact doordash. I ended up calling the other address that was popping up and they were able to tell me if my order was there or not, no problem. This location is right by my work but I won't be going to it due to the rude service I was given. I'll happily drive out of my way to a different one.

Hadn't had pizza hut in a long time and this one was almost uneatable. Pizza crust was under cooked. Almost no sauce on it and very bland taste. Very disappointed.

Order pizza at 6:12. Promised 6:40 it’s now 7:15. Can’t reach the store just keep getting text saying another 5 min now I should expect my pizza at 7:25. I will never order from this location again 😡 I hot it’s not cold whenever I do get it
I've been coming to this Pizza Hut for a long time, and occasionally there have been snafus over the years, but under their current management, they have gone above and beyond to make sure my orders are great, and have outdone themselves. Thank you for your customer service.

was really disappointed with my Pizza Hut order. The crust was undercooked, lacking the doneness you’d expect, which made the texture unpleasant. On top of that, there was barely any sauce, leaving the pizza dry and unbalanced in flavor. Definitely not the quality I was hoping for.

I ordered Uber eats and Uber did not deliver a 24 hot wing order. When I called pizza hut to ask if there was a wing order left there that I could maybe pick up they told me they could not help me. Once I asked whom I was talking too they hung up on me. The customer service I received was simply unacceptable

First time I ordered here the cashier shorted me a $1 when I called about it the guy who answered said they couldn’t do anything about it & that a manager wasn’t there for me to talk to so I’m like okay maybe the cashier was just mentally challenged, a month later tonight I ordered a personal pizza & paid with my card & it’s over cooked & cold. My brownies are fresh at least but I’m not coming back to this location it’s always something.
