This place has periods of getting busy, but I have always had a pleasant experience with the young staff! Typically one or two staff members are doing it all! The bowls are delicious, and the staff is visibly hardworking!

Highly disappointed in the service today by the girl with the big purple nose ring. First off 3 of the tables inside were dirty I didn’t even sit to wait for my order.I go in a middle school looking teenage girl is walking out with nothing. I go up to the counter another guy walked in behind me. So now 2 of us are in line. The worker says, she will be right back she had to go to the car to see what her parents want (so to me that means she’s not ready no longer in line you take the next person, but ok) girl comes back orders. I have had cash in my hand this entire time, mind you I don’t have my glasses on so don’t see any posts NO CASH. But she very snippy says we don’t take cash. I should have just walked outs. I do customer service for a living and this is not it. I looked after for the no cash didn’t see it. Saw the discounts for military, keller pointe and orange theory.Anyway then the topper the guy after my got his order of 2 things a bowl and some sort of drink before I got my order of one bowl.I won’t be back anytime soon and I will share my story. My adult kids go there… but there are other local bowl places

I give the girl working here 5 stars, she's by herself running around making everything herself, answering the phone, and taking orders. I was overwhelmed watching her the 29 minutes I waited to find out she hadn't even started my delivery order yet. The poor thing. In most situations I am penalized for unassigning an order or being late on the delivery but luckily I was taken care of when I contacted the support team for delivery in which they stated they had multiple complaints here and will be stopping delivery services from this location.There are 9 people waiting on orders and standing in line right now and as a former server and retail manager, I just wish I could have gone back to help her! Seems like she desperately needs a lot more help on a Saturday afternoon. :( I hope your business remedies this issue in the future. Save your response "owner" maybe take some accountability instead and come into work yourself so your reviews might improve. If I was that girl I'd of gone home and cried. This is just poor operations and that's on you.

I’m a first timer. Kaylee was so sweet and knowledgeable. She took the time to work through the menu with me to find just what I’d like. I ended up getting the Dragon Bowl with two toppings, nutella and bananas. Folks if you haven’t tried this place rush (pun intended) on over and getcha some!

I ordered 2 bowls this morning, one for my friend and I. Never have I ever been so disappointed in a smoothie before. It was horrendous. Idk if it was the girl that made my smoothie or if I just picked a bad smoothie, but I had to keep taking spoonfuls and stirring to see if I was missing the flavor. After ab 4 spoonfuls, I threw it out. i originally wanted to go to nautical bowls but they weren’t open yet, so i gave rush bowls a try. I can’t say I’d ever eat here again. And it has nothing to do with “the flavor is coming from the ingredients” bc if that was the case, my smoothie bowl would have been bomb af; or “not having cheap fillers like french fries, pasta, or bread” (this response made absolutely no sense. how are you comparing french fries to a smoothie bowl?)It has everything to do with it just flat out tasting bad.I went to nautical bowls after work and got a smoothie bowl and felt so much better. Unfortunate bc I wasted almost $30 here but that most definitely won’t happen again.

Just tried the power bowl. It's very good! The young lady there was very patient regarding my food sensitivities so I was able to choose another rush bowl that fits me. J!Love this place, it is just perfect when you want a light yet nutritious meal.
Parking: Depending on the hour you have plenty of spaces to park but even when it's busy you can still find a decent parking spot because the businesses are so close together.

I really like coming here.. great bowls and smoothies… they could do better on staffing , one person working the front is not enough becasue it can get busy and you will have to wait until all orders are taken until your bowl is made … other than that it’s great !

You can't go wrong with any of the items. They are all packed with vitamins and proteins and whey and whatnot. I also love the peanut butter Rush bites. My husband says they make your mouth dry, but it only means more for me!The place is neatly located close to the park so you can grab a bowl or a smoothie before or after your outing.

Healthy food…..no artificial sweeteners, preservatives, MSG, or food dyes. Place was very clean and had a wide range of options. I’m giving this place 3 stars because of how ridiculously expensive it was. My açaí bowl was pretty small and was over $11.

You can't go wrong with any of the items. They are all packed with vitamins and proteins and whey and whatnot. I also love the peanut butter Rush bites.
