Sam's Club Bakery

bought a dryer, on delivery it did not look the same as online. Returned it, and was told it would be refunded within 7-10 days. It is now 3 weeks, and was just told that I have to wait 2 more weeks. The return was easy, getting the refund is like pulling teeth. Sam's is like dealing with a thief. They take your money and give you nothing in return. will not make this mistake again.

your delivery people suck. I made a large order that I needed for tonight and who ever you hire to deliver can't read because they delivered all my stuff to a wrong address. now I have no items and have to wait 5 to 7 business days for my money back I also have thr delivery photo that shows it was delivered to the house on the next street. I went there and the people there refused to give me my items so now I have no items for my event tonight and have to wait for my refund

Inside the store is good BUT the gas area is AWFUL !!! Just today, 5/21/2021 I saw 2 separate incidents that people entered the pumps in the WRONG DIRECTION !!! One time there was an actual confrontation, one driver blocked the wrong way driver from exiting. Where was the gas attendant ??? Not monitoring the area.

Need Improvement on OrganizationI order whole sheet cakes from Sams once a month. They're not the best cakes but the people I work for seem to like them.The problem is that when a coworker or myself go to pickup the cake it isn't made sometimes. We then have to wait 45 minutes for it to be made. We have placed the orders a week in advance and found that to be the main issue to why our cakes weren't made, yet they recommend us to do that. We now order the cake a couple days in advance.The next issue is reaching someone over the phone. When I call the bakery department they are usually "busy assisting other customers" and I either have to press 1 to redial that extension or it transfers me to the general help desk who then transfers me back to bakery. Not every department have the extensions quite right either. I've accidentally been transferred to other departments, like auto, and then they try to transfer me and the phone hangs up because they don't know how to transfer properly or something.Other than those issues, my experience shopping in-store has always been great. I just hope they update their automated voicemails.

went in at 954 and they would not let me in because it was 8 min tell 10am. just because i didn't have a contractor membership. 8 min will not spend anymore puff my money there and will not renew my membership. God bless

Thank you so much for the person who returned our Allergy Medicine (xyzal) to the store. My husband had left it in the cart! And drove home. So appreciated it! He’s on the way back to get it now. Again! Thank you! And it’s good to see there are still sweet people in the world!

Ordered a 2 tier cake for my daughter's birthday. Filled out the order form with the lady working, told her exactly what we wanted. They were in the process of making a cake exactly like we wanted. I specifically said, we want the bottom layer all gold sparkles, just like the one you are making right now. The lady is super nice & says no problem we can definitely do that. My wife went to Sam's club yesterday for tire rotation and balancing. She was there for almost 2 hours when she was told 45 minutes. She bought other refrigerated items because she believed she would be able to come home. She wasn't, so they wrapped her merchandise up in a garbage bag and put it in the ice machine. Raw meat in a public ice machine.
