The servers are very nice and always smile. I love my burgers and drinks a certain way and it takes a few explanations on the intercom. I'm sure it's not as clear when I talk into it the speaker. It all comes out fine however.

I've never felt the need to leave a review before, but somehow they messed up every single item I ordered. Honestly one of the worst fast food experiences ive had. Ordered the green apple bubble slush, and got a completely different flavor. We also ordered 2 grilled cheeses, which were basically raw, the bread was barely colored and the cheese wasn't melted (we literally had to microwave it). I also ordered the garlic butter bacon cheeseburger, and could only eat half of it... I normally like it but it was just terrible. And finally the fries, which were the only things that actually tasted good. Unfortunately, the box only came about half full.
Even though this place is normally good, i've kind of been scarred from going back. What a complete waste of money.

I visited this location for the first time, and all I can say is yikes! I ordered the garlic bacon burger, which is usually a Sonic favorite, but this location completely ruined it for me. The patty tasted off, the bun was stale, and I was desperately trying to find the garlic butter because everything was dry. To make matters worse, the tater tots tasted as though someone had dumped an entire bag of salt on them. Talk about the dangers of high blood pressure! I think it goes without saying but I’m going to say it anyway, I will not be back.

This place has really gone down hill the past couple of months!! Order our food at 8:45 and had to throw everything in the trash because it was cold!!! Ice cream blast had nuts in it which the wife can't have. I tried calling 3 times at 8:45 and if course nobody would answer the phone. Might as well shut this place down until you can get some employees to give a crap about the service!!!

Ordered mozzarella sticks and a drink. The gift card wouldn't work outside, maybe because it wasn't enough to cover the purchase. But when she brought the food I gave her the gift card and my credit card and she took the mozzarella sticks back with her. It took a while and the mozzarella sticks were cold and yucky by the time she got back.

We come to this Sonic plenty of times and usually the service and food are great! But this time, I don’t know what is going on though lately but it was horrendous. We came up and ordered 2 corn dogs, small tator tots, small mozzarella sticks and a Red Bull refresher. We saw drinks coming out consistently except for mine for cars that arrived after us. After 20 minutes of waiting, I got out to try and talk to someone and saw a girl at the window just standing there on the phone and behind her was a bag of food and a drink. After standing there for a couple minutes, I told my wife to hit the button to call an attendant and she explained the situation and within a minute a person came out with the bag of food and drink I saw sitting on the counter. Turns out it had been sitting there for a while and the attendant said it had. We got a refund and left without the food and drink. Yall need to fix whatever happened today and I know those other cars probably did the same or were just as annoyed about this.

I have been here twice in the last two days once at lunch once at dinner.. once and the drive thru, once at a bay.
BOTH times my order was wrong.
BOTH times the screen where I am supposed to be able to verify my order as they put it in was broken and disabled.
If it were me I would probably take down the new management sign in the back until the new management gets a handle on their restaurant and on how to manage a qsr. Not really a banner of pride at the moment.

I've stayed away from sonic for years. Came today to give them another chance. They failed miserably. It was about as simple as it gets. I ordered a plain hamburger with mustard only. What did I get? A big glob mess of mayo ketchup mustard and all the other fixings. Just the opposite of a plain burger. And it had cheese! So I go back. Tell the girl what the deal is. They made another and guess what? Had cheese on it!!@ mustard so heavy my bun was soggy and cold! Microwave burgers are better than these!! Sonic go away please! Leave the burger cooking to Freddy's. Will not spend another dime at sonic.

Stopped in for a coke for me and a milkshake for my daughter. I'll take a Sonic coke over one closer any day. They are always perfectly balanced and icy cold.
