We have started coming to Sonic more frequently because of the service we experience at this location. The food is ALWAYS fresh. Also, service is great. Maria was our carhop most recently and she is phenomenal! She brought our food with a big smile on her face and made sure we had everything we needed.

This is what I call a RARITY, especially in these times we're living in. The mngr. Literally came to my car to help me with a menu issue I was having, which turned out to be I hadn't downloaded the APP. 🤷 Who knew? Sonic used to mean fast. But this place is always so slow, even when not busy. I understand short staffed, but I only ordered 2 sodas and a icecream cup in the app, there was maybe 3 customers and i waited 20 min to have the screen tell me it's on my way, but after 7 more minutes after the screen when blank i pushed the button again and asked if maybe there was an issue cause the screen went back to default. They brought me a melted icecream cup- with my soda. Overall, I'm not impressed with getting fast service from sonic

I can’t put 0 stars otherwise I would, but this location has gone south bad. They’re rude as hell and when you tell them what they did wrong, they don’t own to it. So do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
Order 2 burgers and got the wrong ones called to let them know when back to get my right order and still can't get it right. worse Sonic I've been too.

Came here today to grab something to eat as my blood sugar was dropping. Already had order in the app. I did it the first time so didn’t know how to really work it. Come here wait for food I ask the girl who brought my food out how many packets of marinara sauce I had she said “ one and if you want more we charge 22 cents an extra packet for our sauce” so I’m like whatever. I open my food and no sauce just a mint and some tiny salt packets. I press the red button and ask the guy for sauce and it went quiet for a couple minutes. He comes back on and scolds me for asking for sauce when I apparently already had sauce when in fact didn’t. Mind you this whole exchange on was on dash cam. He says” from here on out if you’re going to order through the app order the sauce there too.” In a tone that sound like I was dumb. When he finally comes out he makes a look and rolls his eyes when he plops the single marina packet into my hand and storms off. Not a good place to go especially when dealing with a medical episode.

Overall it is a great and amazing restaurant for the fast food genre, usually the food is quick, prices are good, and people are nice. I really don’t have much to say other than sometimes it is a long wait at busy times
