Order 2 burgers and got the wrong ones called to let them know when back to get my right order and still can't get it right. worse Sonic I've been too.

Came here today to grab something to eat as my blood sugar was dropping. Already had order in the app. I did it the first time so didn’t know how to really work it. Come here wait for food I ask the girl who brought my food out how many packets of marinara sauce I had she said “ one and if you want more we charge 22 cents an extra packet for our sauce” so I’m like whatever. I open my food and no sauce just a mint and some tiny salt packets. I press the red button and ask the guy for sauce and it went quiet for a couple minutes. He comes back on and scolds me for asking for sauce when I apparently already had sauce when in fact didn’t. Mind you this whole exchange on was on dash cam. He says” from here on out if you’re going to order through the app order the sauce there too.” In a tone that sound like I was dumb. When he finally comes out he makes a look and rolls his eyes when he plops the single marina packet into my hand and storms off. Not a good place to go especially when dealing with a medical episode.

Overall it is a great and amazing restaurant for the fast food genre, usually the food is quick, prices are good, and people are nice. I really don’t have much to say other than sometimes it is a long wait at busy times

I had a bad experience at this location today. Today is buy one get one free coney. I ordered online. redeem the coupons. I received my order and I only had one. The manager told he wasn't going to honor it because I only put one in the cart. To redeem, I needed to add two. I had to be back at work so I asked was he willing to honor it and he told me no. Sonic is advertising buy 1 get 1. What was he/sonic losing if they gave me the free one?

Ordered one kids meal and two cheeseburger combos. Got home only to discover that the combo meals looked to have kids sized burgers. What is that? I know they were not regular size burgers. I sometimes cannot finish my burger and this TINY burger was not a problem. So disappointed and will probably never order food from here again. If I’m going to pay for a regular combo meal, then it better come with a regular size burger. Check your orders when you get them. This is ridiculous!!

Service was good, atmosphere good. Breakfast burrito half & half. Filling was great. Tasted like I made it at home...but the tortilla was gross. Gummy. Very nasty. Sonic toast the tortilla before you fill it. Both sides. It will improve the tast e 100%.
I used to love going to sonic now…the food is okay, service is no longer friendly it’s just not as good as it used to be.

Love sonic but the location has gone down hill every order is wrong and food quality has dropped significantly.. wouldn’t recommend this location drive the extra distance to go to a different sonic …

This Sonic is the holy grail of Classic Cruisers. I don’t know what magic they’re working back there, but no other Sonic comes close to getting them this perfect.
And the carhops? Truly the kindest people on earth, as if they were trained by Jesus himself in the fine art of delivering happiness on a tray. Their smiles alone could probably fix a bad day. Honestly, I wouldn’t be surprised if one of them turns water into Cherry Limeade.
I also had groovy fries here for the first time, and let me just say, they live up to their name.
Now, about those stalls. Some of them are so broken they’re practically archaeological ruins. Let’s get some repairs going, folks!
Even with the stalls in disrepair, this Sonic is a four-star experience. If you’re craving a Classic Cruiser, groovy fries, and the most angelic service in town, this is the place to roll in.
Parking: Quality parking.
Kid-friendliness: Beloved by children.
