Terrible service! Took 20 mins to get food with only a few cars.

Poor customer service and melted frozen drink. Lost my order. Car hop acted very put out to be asked about it. Another employee delivered a melted drink without a word and walked away. Yelp has terrible reviews for this location and I’m not surprised. I’ve been going here since I moved here 6 years ago. It’s going downhill fast. Do better.
Edit: The company recommended I reach out to them regarding this poor service. That’s funny, I reached out to corporate about this the day it happened. Franchisee has never responded to my complaint. So responses like you see below are just bs. This is a poorly owned and operated location. Go elsewhere for decent food and service.

Double check your order. Last two times I've been here my order has been wrong. This last time they even messed up the reorders.

Order was not placed correctly. I ordered 2 meals but only received one. I tried to pay at the kiosk numerous times but it didn’t work. When I asked for help I was told that the car hop would take my payment. When the order was brought out and we mentioned the missing meal we had to start over… The first round took forever and the 2nd was no better. I called for help again (card reader still not working) and explained that I’d be leaving a negative review. The woman with a very basic name suddenly sounded excited and even encouraged me to leave this review. She said she was the manager. She really needs to consider working somewhere that doesn’t interact with the public.

Absolute WORSE experience. We had ordered 3 largw chicken bite meals, two with regular tots and one with dill pickle seasoned tots. Had to repeat ourselves 3 times and they still got it incorrect. They sent someone out to verify the order. When it came out, they forgot a chicken bite. They brought 3 large drinks and no drink carrier. Through all that- we SHOULD NOT have had to pay full price- instead we paid MORE than what we wanted to. RIDICULOUS. The carhop who was helping us, was a delight and i hold nothing against her. Then while sitting there for over 30 minutes just trying to order- my 5 year old nephew had to go to the restroom. They had a rack of buns pished against the bathroom door and locked they had to walk to the restaurant next door- if the bathroom is unavailable put a sign up.

I LITERALLY SAW ONE OF THE WORKERS VAPING INSIDE OF SONIC. LIKE GO OUTSIDE ATLEAST. THIS IS ABSOULTE MADNESS AND THEY SHOULD BE FIRED. also i couldn’t tell if it was a boy of girl. it was an “it”. BUT ANYWAYS EWW THAT HAS TO BE SO UNSANITARY. the poor coworkers ☹️

I have never used this Sonic before and I guess I will continue to go elsewhere. I ordered a cheesy bacon stack and it came on regular bread, no pickles, no tomatoes, no onions, it was so dry I added mayo and I eventually threw it away bc the meat was so hard it was hurting my mouth. Nothing we ordered was even Luke warm, it was all cold. It was like it was precooked 8 hours ago and waited for someone to order it. They look nothing alike. 🤷♀️ the total order was over 30 bucks and it was all terrible. Well, I mean the sodas were good. Oh! And Sonic fix your website bc it won't allow ppl to leave complaints on the website.

I think they’re trying to poison people. The department of health & safety needs to check this place. It’s ignorance or just plain negligence idk what they are doing put they need to be shut down
This location used to be better, but unfortunately tonight half of my order was incorrect and disappointing. We got 2 blasts (one m&m and one brownie). The brownie had a singular piece of brownie within and a few chocolate shavings on top. For the m&m, I paid for extra pieces of m&m yet there are literally only m&ms placed on the top. No m&ms mixed in at all. The other two items in my order were correct, but I spent the most money on the blasts which were a real let down. I don't usually post reviews because I think some people use them to be rude and misleading, but for the past 6 months every time I order from this location something is wrong. Please use this feedback to better your service

We got the wrong drinks after already having to correct the girl multiple times. The carhop, Ashlee, was nice and she did a good job. The food was suboptimal and seemed just slapped together and the fries were definitely refried multiple times
