funny i saw alex's review about employees sketchy behavior regarding the credit cards, i knew i wasn't crazy when i pulled up, paid for an order and the employee wrapped my card into the receipt and acted like he forgot about it when i asked him for it back. not slick buddy

Ordered through Grubhub, waited 90 minutes. order was canceled after two drivers attempted to pickup. Never again.

Drive through ordered here and got very small portion sizes of fries, onion rings, etc

Sad to say but this is the best Sonic in this area. The food is better than all the others but that's all I can say. Management has a sour taste with how they handle things. The staff is good.

Our order took a long time to come. Fast forward a few hours later my son and I have food poisoning. We won't be back.

Whoever was taking orders on 10/26 at 8:15AM needs to have better customer service skills. If you’re going to have an attitude when speaking to people, you need to find you another job.

My burger was burnt around the edges. My fries were overcooked, and the bottom of my fry container had very burnt fries in it.

Don't waste your time and money here.
Picked up an online order and both burgers were old, cold, burnt meat .
Pulled around to speaker to have order remade, but should have just got a refund.. meat on remade sandwiches not fresh either... Threw both bags of food in the trash can..

The last couple times my partner and I have came, Grayson was the one to help us. Incredibly kind, always the correct item(s) and relatively quick - even when it was crowded. They’re a wonderful worker and they deserve praise!! <3

Quick summary. I like the app. Eternal happy hour on drinks. The new mobile parking spots are a plus. Service is good when ordered online. Slight hiccup on my order should have been 2 patties. Otherwise, quick and yummy meal.

Monday 8/26 around 8:18pm to 8:55pm. I ordered a large coke with vanilla in the app. Pulled into the spots designated for mobile orders. Watched as other cars who came after me were given their orders. Made eye contact with a car hop a few times. Watched as a car hop delivered food to a car that I supposed had his friends in it because he stayed in the parking lot chatting. I had to drive around the drive thru to ask for my single drink. By this time it had been over 30 minutes. As I was driving away the car hop was still chatting in the parking lot as other cars just sat waiting for their orders.
