Ordered a smash burger, chili cheese tots, and Lemonade along with popcorn chicken. I received a regular burger completely dry, tots with only cheese, onion rings and mozzarella cheese sticks. Not ever going back to this store. They are stupid.

Got a “m&m blast” but no m&ms thanks. Very disappointed
DONT GO HERE. THEY CHARGE YOU GOR OTHER PEOPLES ORDERS AND THEN LIE AND ACT LIKE ITS A SYSTEM ISSUE AND THEY DIDNT DO IT EVEN THOUGH THE BANK AP CLEARLY SHOWS THEY DID. AND THEY WONT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK FOR WHAT THEY STOLE. Thieves. Gave my card to Teresa who took it inside and the proceeded to scan my card in for my order and apparently for someone else's order. Essentially stealing from me. Don't go here if you want to only pay for your food. AND THEY WONT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK THEY STOLE
I find it hard to believe that nobody can answer the phone up there. I have been calling for over 30 minutes. Is this normal?

The food is phenomenal, although they were running kind of slow. It seemed as if the employees had been there all day and were kind of slowing down. Overall, It was a good experience though, I've always liked Sonic and this one is one of my go-to's when having to decide where to eat.
