Employees here are nice but clearly new and slow. The manager is insufferable and spends his entire shift talking to the employees, distracting them from serving customers. Spent 3 minutes waiting to be acknowledged because the employee didn’t want to upset her manager by telling him to hush.

The usual Starbucks quality products. The baristas are friendly, and great. Do be mindful if there is a line as the wait can be long depending on complexity of orders. Only one barista is generally operating the entire kiosk for most hours of the day which means operations will be slower compared to a full store.A star deducted as the prices may vary compared to the full store location across the street. My normal order costs a little more here in comparison.

They were relatively busy on a late Saturday morning. Their new Christmas flavors are really good. This time I had the Caramel Brulee, and previously I've had the sugar cookie flavor. What I didn't like is that the restrooms were dirty with NO TOILET PAPER.

Saturday 10:20am. Waited just now for a coffee. The server is just too busy talking to a lady who is drinking a coffee by the pick up area. He’s telling her about a concert or something. Unfortunately I don’t have time to wait this morning.

Every morning I get a spinach feta wrap with 4 sriracha. Just started working in Keller and came to the Starbucks for the first time Jonathan tells me they no longer carry sriracha!! Now I have no Starbucks to go to in the morning So disappointing that this is the only Starbucks that would stop serving sriracha
