My sister and I went to get iced matcha green tea lattes which is our usual order and it’s normally delicious but unfortunately at this location, the matcha lattes they made tasted like plain milk. It was paler than normal so we decided to go inside to ask them to fix it. I politely told them the issue and they apologized about the problem and offered a remake. I told them I didn’t need a remake but I’d appreciate if they could add some extra matcha to our current drinks since I didn’t feel like ours necessarily needed to be thrown away. They told me that would cost an additional $2.60 so I asked why. I told them this is my usual order and I never need to order extra because the normal amount is fine and ours tasted like it might be missing some matcha. They said they made it correctly and that if I was used to it tasting stronger the store I normally go to probably makes it wrong. I said I didn’t believe so because I frequent multiple Starbucks locations, not just one and this isn’t an issue at other stores. They insisted their barista was great at their job to which I said I don’t doubt that but that doesn’t change that our drinks taste like milk. They told me firmly, I could either get a remake exactly like what I already had or I could pay the extra for extra matcha. I was upset at this point and said I’d like to try the remake and we’d go from there depending on the taste. Fortunately the remakes tasted better so my sister and I left but the whole encounter was very off putting. I worked in customer service for many years while in high school and college and I don’t believe they handled a customer complaint well. The staff was definitely defensive and I did my best to be polite but direct however, I do think it’s a bit ridiculous to try to charge someone extra when the drink doesn’t taste right and to try to tell the customer they’re wrong and make a bunch of excuses or assumptions about other locations instead of thinking perhaps they simply made a mistake themselves. This event happened Monday 8/4/25 around 11am with the barista Andrew and another worker, whose name I did not catch.

I have ordered from this Starbucks many times, but every time I have problems with the order. The staff keeps getting my order wrong, even though I have clearly stated it. Not only that, when I complained, they justified it with lies, as if I did not know what I ordered. I am really disappointed with this unprofessional service. If the staff does not improve, I will not come back again.

Purchase TR mango DF Lemonade on 3/23/25 @ 1:12pm left and get my cloth from laundromat which was less the 150 feet from store)in back of the Starbucks . Came back to get a regular iced tea not a dragon tea but just a regular tea refill. Was. And back less the 30minutes of purchase. It was denied. Point is the other Starbucks store have gave me a refill(while leaving the store). So why is it different here and not consistent with so call rules.

All the staff must be racist. They only greeted Americans among the customers and treated the rest of the Asians as invisible people. They didn't tell me to take my drink even though they put my order in pick-up space. So I just got a cooled coffee. It was the worst experience with Starbucks. I will never go back to a very small Starbucks in the countryside.

So I've been in twice and have allergies so I have to have oatmilk. On the second mess up I drank it an now am sick. When I went in to be heard the manager Elora took the time to talk with me and hear and validate my concerns.
Next time I come because I will be giving another chance if my order is right I will adjust to 5 stars.

Don’t go to this Starbucks. It’s awful. The quality of the drinks is always bad and it’s such a shame because it’s so close to my work and home. Added a pic of my coffee before taking a drink. No lies.

This is a cool Starbucks locator at historic town Keller, I could not get in the door on my visit yesterday without being greeted by a friendly barista bearing a tray of samples.
The order was a ham and cheese croissant.
Today I'm having coffee blonde roast and another ham and cheese croissant to go.
On my visit today coffee is perfect, not all Starbucks are equal at this, I've had to just throw out $4.00 coffees before.
The management at this location must be on top of they're game my coffee does not taste bracesh it's smooth and not too strong which is a issue with other locations I've visited.
