This is the second time that I have experienced rude service at this establishment . I will never go back ,seem to me that the workers get a little irritated when they notice that your not like them.

Meet Jennifer who works at the subway on Rufe snow next to the Kroger. I came in, said hello and instead of greeting me she mumbled something about an online order. Not understanding her, I asked if she could make my sandwich but she snaps at me and tells me I have to wait until she’s done with the 2 online orders. Mind you, there are no other customers in the store, aside from me. I can’t wait, I have work in 15 minutes, before I’d come here I’d imagined a 3-5 minute interaction because that’s how long it usually takes from the other employees who’ve ALWAYS helped me. Jennifer needs to be in a nursing home, not snapping at customers and poorly doing her job. Thanks Jennifer for ruining my lunch before work.

I go here often but recently when I went the lady was rude. Normally the manager helps me and she is always kind and helpful but the lady who was working this day had a crap attitude, she was rude and kept rolling her eyes. I know ppl have bad days but I was trying my best to be nice and kind to her and she wasn't having it. She kept showing that she was in a bad mood.

Got in line and noticed the person in front of me had a large order. Also noticed the young man working the register was super patient with them, so I made a mental note to give him a compliment when it was my turn. He starts taking my order, I ask if the BOGO deal is still on. He rudely states the order is online only and he “is not even sure if it’s still going on”. I say no problem, I will sit and place my order through the app and wait. 15 mins later he has completed my BOGO online order and he places it on the online order shelf (which I am sitting next to) and walks straight to the back, with zero acknowledgement. He didn’t say a word to me and disappeared.

Why only have one person working at a time? The girl working is doing great but it’s 6:30 pm and it seems like she’s the only person in the whole building. Give your poor staff a better work environment

Got my usual Italian Sub footlong here. The service was good. The Lady who served me was friendly and helpful.

My food was so good, I nearly ate the whole thing in a single sitting.

Apparently, the kid that works the evening shift doesn't know how to juggle and manage time. They prioritize walk ins over online orders, and when the app says your sandwich is ready, it's not. I'm glad I was present to watch him make my order because he tried to speed up overlooking the notes I put on the receipt.

5/22/2024. Stopped in for a late lunch. One person had just left the counter, and awesome I am up next. Welcome to Subway!Subway:My turn "did you place an online order?"Me: did not.Subway: "Okay it will be ten minutes to finish this online order"Seriously? I don't have ten minutes.Subway: "I am not clairvoyant"Myself and two other customers walked.I am not gonna wait for 10 minutes for an online order for people that are not in the store. You lost myself as a customer today and another family because of your responses.It takes 3 minutes to make a sandwich, and they can be made in parallel.Glad to learn online orders take precedence over real people that come in the store.

The man with glasses that works here puts veggies and sauce on like it comes out of his paycheck. I had to ask for more three times just to get a normal amount.

Normally this is my favorite subway, in the past the attendants have been friendly, provided a great sandwich made to order and very accommodating. Yesterday 3/8/24, I stopped in for a 12 in sub for my elderly mom, the young man making subs seemed bothered that I was there, spoke very little, slammed sandwich in and out of oven, was very rude and lacking in customer service. I’m not normally one to complain, but, this was very disturbing. Kudos to the others who do it right.

The menus have really changed, seems to have expanded a bit. It's been a bit since we were there. The bread doesn't seem the same. But overall a positive experience.
