The worst customer service of any Subway I’ve ever been in. I will never return to this location. The employee may have been the worst fast food employee I’ve ever seen or dealt with in my life. Embarrassing for the brand. Avoid this location.

I placed an order that was ready at 1:30. I didn’t receive my food until 1:53!! The person making the sandwiches not only ignored the mobile order people but turned away 3 guests that had walked in. Horrible experience, I pretty much paid $1 for every minute my food was late.

This is the second time that I have experienced rude service at this establishment . I will never go back ,seem to me that the workers get a little irritated when they notice that your not like them.

Meet Jennifer who works at the subway on Rufe snow next to the Kroger. I came in, said hello and instead of greeting me she mumbled something about an online order. Not understanding her, I asked if she could make my sandwich but she snaps at me and tells me I have to wait until she’s done with the 2 online orders. Mind you, there are no other customers in the store, aside from me. I can’t wait, I have work in 15 minutes, before I’d come here I’d imagined a 3-5 minute interaction because that’s how long it usually takes from the other employees who’ve ALWAYS helped me. Jennifer needs to be in a nursing home, not snapping at customers and poorly doing her job. Thanks Jennifer for ruining my lunch before work.

I go here often but recently when I went the lady was rude. Normally the manager helps me and she is always kind and helpful but the lady who was working this day had a crap attitude, she was rude and kept rolling her eyes. I know ppl have bad days but I was trying my best to be nice and kind to her and she wasn't having it. She kept showing that she was in a bad mood.

Got in line and noticed the person in front of me had a large order. Also noticed the young man working the register was super patient with them, so I made a mental note to give him a compliment when it was my turn. He starts taking my order, I ask if the BOGO deal is still on. He rudely states the order is online only and he “is not even sure if it’s still going on”. I say no problem, I will sit and place my order through the app and wait. 15 mins later he has completed my BOGO online order and he places it on the online order shelf (which I am sitting next to) and walks straight to the back, with zero acknowledgement. He didn’t say a word to me and disappeared.

Why only have one person working at a time? The girl working is doing great but it’s 6:30 pm and it seems like she’s the only person in the whole building. Give your poor staff a better work environment

Apparently, the kid that works the evening shift doesn't know how to juggle and manage time. They prioritize walk ins over online orders, and when the app says your sandwich is ready, it's not. I'm glad I was present to watch him make my order because he tried to speed up overlooking the notes I put on the receipt.
