Looks like I ruined the Indian dudes day walking in hungry for a sandwich. The veggies were all old and faded looking. On top of that you could tell the temps were crazy on some of the food because it looked like it had frost dmg. Also the pickles looked like they needed to be thrown out a week ago. All around a bad decision to go there. Other better options are in the same parking lot, so why go into a shop where they're going to give you terrible service and terrible food.

Really a good Subway location, always very clean with friendly staff and good looking fresh food. Unfortunately most of my coupons did not work online because this location is not participating in them. That’s a big negative in my opinion, especially since they are more expensive than most other subways in the area. Thankfully the paper ones do tend to work in person.

I'm so upset I'm shaking. I walk in the guy working is making a large order for another guy whose ethnicity appears to be Indian maybe Hindu (apologizes if I said anything disrespectful I'm just trying to describe) I sit down and wait and start looking at my phone.
I hear the guy leave with his sandwiches so I stand and go to the counter, the worker (also of some Indian heritage) refuses to come out from the back and just starts washing dishes. I stand there for a few minutes calling for help, a woman comes in and stands there with me for a sec and we wait. He finally comes from the back and looks at me but pretends I'm not there and asks the lady for help. The lady points out to him that I'm standing right there he might actually want to help me. He rolls his eyes and says what do you need. The lady and myself promptly walks out. I'm going to find whatever I need to find to contact someone about this.
I'm African American, I would suggest if you are as well do not give this location your money. I'm still in shock as I type this out. Crazy.
The bun was hard as a rock. I couldn’t eat it, but I’d already left the place and went back to work. I would never eat there again.

contrary to what popular opinion might be, i love me some subway.
what i dont love is pulling up to this location and asking for a sandwich and then watching them be stingy with portions only EXCEPT when i ask the lady to put a little lettuce on it and i kid you not; she sprinkles an average amount, pauses, makes eye contact with me and then proceeds to load me up as if i had asked for the opposite. not even to mention her struggling to squeeze mayo out the bottle and thinks lightly tapping it on the counter will do the trick like come on, put some elbow grease into it 😂 interesting experience to say the least
The owner of this store does not understand good business. Shutting people out from every discount that subway offers under the sun is not a good way to promote your business; we as consumers notice these things. Another thing we notice is when the employees look and act like zombies across multiple different visits. All while serving vegetables that are borderline expiring and bread/cookies that hasn't been baked properly. In the midst of the deteriorating operations of the store, the owner spends money on a remodel that somehow made the interior look and feel awkward and worse than before. Try any other subway even if you have to drive farther before you ever come to this one.
