The elder lady working was super rude and was rushy. She did not listen to any requests I had asked for on my sandwhich. I would not be going back to this subway as long as she working there.

The old lady that works here is very very rude. I shop at Walmart all the time and we love getting subway but if I see her working I don't go in. She is just plain rude & makes the experience seem like I'm in a confrontation with someone. They need to get her some help on how she treats people or fire her

Manager needs to schedule at least 1-2 more people in the afternoon. I feel bad for the only employee who is making sandwiches for online and in person orders. That’s ridiculous to only have 1 employee in a lunch rush. I feel for that poor woman who’s all by herself trying to keep up.

Poor guy was taking forever he was the only worker but he was making an effort to go extremely slow it’s was sooo annoying it took 25 minutes for him to make 3 sandwiches in front of me … pretty sure he was high his Eyes were barely open

I visited this subway location on 1/30/2025. The lady who made my sandwiches was extremely rude. She didn’t ask which veggies I wanted, just started putting them on. When I told her no onions she rolled her eyes and sighed. OMG, please do better !
Worst subway in this area. The employee tossed a sub on the counter for a customer. They were so upset about it that their mom came inside to investigate....only to be cursed out by the employee. Then yelled " kill yourself" as the lady was leaving. E This is totally unacceptable

Ordered 2 subs 1 okay made right the other was they forgot the double meat. I went back she asked for my food so I showed it. She wanted to inspect it so she wanted a better look. I gave it to her and to my surprise she starts digging in the sandwich with her hands gives it back and says ya that’s extra chicken. At this point regardless if there was or not I am horrid and angered that another grown adult put their hands inside my sandwich and gives it to me to eat. This was the worst experience could’ve been handle much differently.

I accidentally ordered at this one on my pc, and after I tracked it down to this location... I was so disappointed to know that I would have to wade through the elephants that frequent Walmart. Sure enough... When I walked into this location I could tell the employee behind the counter, bless his heart, was not quick mentally.
He... after having 20+ minutes to make my sub had not begun. I left to pick up some Tabasco Sauce on my trip in despite my hate for Walmart.
After wading my way back into the SubWay, I received my sub and a greasy gross wet receipt. Upon opening up the atrocity in my truck, I had found that he had dumped hot sauce throughout the sandwich instead of chipotle ranch. (Or whatever this abhorrent chain calls it now.)
I braved a bite, and instantly regret it. Thus, I have spent the past 30 minutes with my finger down my throat to purge this poison served by this clearly disabled man, and "restaurant". If you can even call it that.

Vegetables were not fresh at all. Lettuce was brown, tomatoes were limp and the cucumbers looked dried out.Also got their cookies that were stale and tasted like it’s been their for a week. Not pleased at all
