I wish i had taken photos.I placed and ordered for pick up.Order was not ready there was 2 teens.That honestly didn't even look like they work there.They were wearing sandals! The place was a mess everything was dirty!!!! Spinach was rotten.I wish they would have an adult manager that could control what goes in that subway.

Old lady is extremely rude. Won't ask you what cheese you want just starts putting American on there. When told to put pepper jack she rudely throws the American back in while making an annoyed sound. After putting 5 tomatoes on and you ask for more she says she can put 7 max. When I told her what companies policy is she said she doesn't care. So I call the owner and he said the same thing. Subways policies are that you can put as much vegetables as you want as long as the footling can close. Obviously this is only going to drive down business and I don't doubt that the store numbers are extremely low due to the rudeness and management not participating in the companies policies. If you bring your stingy culture here it's not going to work out in the subway world. Take a shower and educate yourself on customer service.

I’ve been to this subway multiple times and there’s usually a much older lady working there that has beeen soooo rude and unhappy every time so I was pleasantly surprised to see another worker today , Bambi . Although she was working alone and busy she was very kind and glad to take our order. I feel bad she had no help when it’s Sunday and busy . Thank you Bambi ❤️
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the FOOD AND HEALTH DEPARTMENT INSPECT this location anonymously, or shut it down. It needs a DEEP CLEANING, the food looked undercooked and old, and the customer service is non existent. I wanted a meatball sub, and was told it would take over 30 minutes to cook. I asked who was the manger for this location, and I was told her name was Ann. I was also told “she’s off on weekends and what kind of manager takes off on weekends when we are short on staff”. This isn’t my first time either, stepping into this Subway and turning right back around because it’s filthy. There is also an older senior lady who works here, and I don’t understand how, when she has no customer service skills at all. I suppose because they are “short staffed”, is the excuse as to why she still works here. I have never eaten a sub from here, and after I saw the bar today, I WHOLEHEARTEDLY DO NOT RECOMMEND, until MAJOR changes are made ⚠️‼️Just look at the bacon and tuna… The veggies are definitely not fresh, and the eating area needs a deep cleaning. Including the soda area.
