Ordered 2 subs 1 okay made right the other was they forgot the double meat. I went back she asked for my food so I showed it. She wanted to inspect it so she wanted a better look. I gave it to her and to my surprise she starts digging in the sandwich with her hands gives it back and says ya that’s extra chicken. At this point regardless if there was or not I am horrid and angered that another grown adult put their hands inside my sandwich and gives it to me to eat. This was the worst experience could’ve been handle much differently.

Vegetables were not fresh at all. Lettuce was brown, tomatoes were limp and the cucumbers looked dried out.Also got their cookies that were stale and tasted like it’s been their for a week. Not pleased at all

I went in 4/15/23 and I had a coupon and the worker immediately said the coupon not working like I know what that meant. I went ahead and ordered three sandwiches and the girl was soo slow and could care less but maybe because she was caught up listening to another worker complain about someone not answering their phone.Store not clean and seems as if I was at a gathering place for teens.Won't be back as two months ago I visited the store and same vibe.Needs to be closed.

one of the worst subways ive ever been to. took 20 minutes for him to make my sandwich, which was wrong in the end. didnt look sober, and nobody else is helpful about it. DO NOT RECOMMEND

They don't have NOTHINGGGGG. Lol I'm so serious. No bread, No cookies, no spinach. The management team needs to be evaluated for keeping the SOPs from open to close. And Not clean. There was a new guy who did his best to accommodate but I will not return.

So I tried this Subway because the subway on heritage has absolutely horrible customer service.. and this one is no better. The kids working we're higher than a kite and you could smell it. I really am surprised SUBWAY CORPORATE is letting theirs brand ruin them.

Went in and got a sandwich and pizzas for my kids and the guy working there name Jared is hard worker really nice and helpful. When there one person working and busting there hump to make your food they deserve more money and recognition for all they do just saying.

I saw an employee (I think her name was Yoo?) mess up an order by putting olives on a partially made sandwich and then taking them off and putting them back into the olive container. Super gross
The guy was soo Rude it was horrible he was just tosing the itims and threw everything to the side ??

Ordered online order at 4:45. The restaurant is empty and it’s now 5:25 and the employee just started on my salad AND I HAD TO ASK HIM TO MAKE IT... there hasn’t been one customer the whole time I’ve been in here.. what the heck is the problem!!!If I didn’t already pay for this I would’ve canceled it!!!! I don’t even know why I try to eat here anymore!! I want a refund!!

Honestly shouldn't take over 40 minutes to get a subway yes I am very understanding that sometimes employees are new or slow but if you have a very weak employee team them up with a fast one or two at least. This boy was extremely slow I felt like I needed to jump back there to help. After asking him how long it would take he said and I quote "honestly I would go somewhere else I have too many takeout orders to make" so after waiting that long we left empty handed. Definitely not the answer to give people and this location really needs to retrain their employees!
