Can you change it so we can give 0 zeros!! Worst subway I have ever been to!! The work the was the rudest woman I have ever met in my life! Talked to me like I was stupid the whole time when I know my order to the T. When I asked her if she was OK she replied yes are you? She asked if I wanted a drink and chips when I asked if they have sweet tea, she replied what size? Hatefully!! Then I grabbed the chips she yelled I didn't charge you for those!!! Wth? Threw them back!! She said it's OK you can have them! No thank you! She said have a nice day I said have the day you deserve!! Well never go back!! I work in customer service!! Being nice, respectful, helpful, considerate is your job!!!

Not all Subways are the same! Today I went to the location at Beach St & N. Tarrant... The store was super clean!! I was picking up a sub for my son, but wasn't sure what to order. Derris (making my sub) ran thru several different kinds and what was on them- including which ones were spicy. I decided to order the one I usually get for my son. Normally i have to ask for a certain meat to be left off because my son doesn't like it. But this time, Abigail (the Manager) told me exactly what to order to (rather than charging me for what I was trying to order!!) She knew what I was really looking for, and what's better is that it's a cheaper Sub! I was having trouble getting my discount to pull up thru my app, and even though it took a few minutes to access it, both Abigail & Derris were super nice and helped me with my phone app! I'll always make this location my 'go to' store from now on. These two had excellent customer service, they were both really nice and definitely made this experience a great one!!

Simply the worst subway on beach street . It's like subway Corp Just forgot about this subway and just don't care anymore. The workers don't care and show it in their lack of urgency or even decent customer service. This location has been out of meatballs forever and the lines are ridiculous.
Either close this place or hire people who care
One of the employees tossed the food on the counter to the customer who happened to be a teenage girl...she started to cry and left. Her mom came in moments later to inquire about what happened...the employee cursed her out telling her as she left to kill herself.

guy with glasses and wavy hair was serving my sandwhich and just cause i told him twice on the meat i wanted, and he got it wrong, he got a bad attitude and threw the lettuce on the sandwhich so aggressively and i felt uncomfortable, and then when i said i wanted a sauce on it, he just spattered a whole chunk of it rudely. And didnt care. Sandwhich looked terrible and i just left cause it was so uncomfortable and just rude service by him. Never going back to that subway ever again.

We needed lunch orders for our FRHS softball team and they did great. The manager was super friendly and flexible when needed to help make sure the lunches were ready for pickup. Made the catering ordering process easy and each week followed up with times and never missed it. I know it was bad before, but this new manager has really taken the bull by the horns and cleaned this place up. I am so grateful for them during our season. Worth the look into for your catering needs or team lunch needs. Would be happy to keep going on and on, but just wanted to say once again such a great group working here now. Will be happy to return and order anytime.
Kid-friendliness: Mrs. Amber the manager was awesome setting everything up and each week following up if needed. Made the process simple and still gave the girls what they needed. Great deals for team orders, also the staff was super friendly and easy to pick up from on time each week.

One of the worst Subways, I have ever been to. Have been a Subway customer since longtime more than a decade, but seems lately they don’t hire right people, or they just don’t want to work. Got this order today, ordered on the app, no sauce, not toasted, wrong cheese and worst packaging. It seems we just were eating vegetables and bread until I threw it in garbage.
What Subway claims, its not, it’s become an unhygienic den of lazy responders. Atleast that’s what I feel like from all my recent orders.
PS: please buy groceries and make your own, rather than spending money on this junk.

Read several reviews saying they seem to close before 10 even when every sign says they close at 10. Gave them the benefit of the doubt. Walked up at 9 and the door is locked. No visible staff but all lights are on. Post the correct hours or stay open until 10.
It is hella sad that Subway leaves (1) employee to take care of EVERYBODY AND EVERYTHING at the (2) locations near me.I feel bad that they are doing the best they can no matter how many customers are lined up.Subway owners ....If you know this is happening and continue to let it happen.....my my and my families business with yall is done.Ridiculous.

No wheat. What sandwich place doesn’t carry wheat.
Ordered 2 sandwiches and every ingredient I ordered for one of the sandwiches was put on the wrong sandwich..when I called, whoever had made the sandwiches proceeded to tell me that the sandwiches were perfect before the door dash driver picked them up..so you mean to tell me the door dash driver pulled over unwrapped the TAPED wrapper and intentionally moved the jalapeños, ranch, oil & vinegar from one sandwich to the other (make this make sense!) I am completely dumbfounded..I mean how hard is it to take responsibility for your mistake???
