Went here after doing the nearby parkrun. Fantastic breakfast and super friendly. They found us a seat straight away and we were made immediately welcome. Highly recommended.

Service was a long wait and server was conversing with others. Pancakes were not cooked and tasted like batter as if rushing; don’t know why, meal took longer than needed. Asked for 1 thing crispy hash browns and nope. As expected, the place is entitled rather than for customers.

Food is decent. The servers are fine. It's the people at the front greeting and seating people who are the problem. On the weekends there are 3 young females at the front. You walk in. They don't say "hi." They don't even smile. The second weekend we went, I smiled and said hi and all I got was "2?" from one of them. They put out an attitude that you are bothering them. There are lots of breakfast spots in the area with comparable food quality with friendlier hosts so we will go elsewhere.

Good location near our hotel, had breakfast here twice, and both times service was great. The food was large portions, and little different to home (Australia), but still great value for money, and service was fast.

I love taking my family to both the Keller and Hurst locations. We have never had a bad meal in years of getting breakfast here. The staff is always great, the portions are generous and the food is always so well prepared. I drink coffee black and never had a complaint of their coffee. The dinosaur pancakes are a hit with my kids. I’m picky about my hash browns and always get them crisped perfectly here. We have eaten at booth locations by us and typically visit monthly. We plan to continue and recommend to anyone who enjoys breakfast.

The Keller location was great. Just so happened to get here on their 5 year anniversary and they were celebrating. Friendly staff, delicious food! If I'm ever back in town I'll be visiting again!

My family loves this place and it's my son's favorite place to eat. We went in today after church and politely asked for a table for 5. When we showed up there was only one family waiting for a table and we sat down in the waiting area. Once we sat down several families came in and put their names down and the waiting area got very busy. We waited for about 15 minutes and after seeing four families that came in after us get seated I went up and told the hostess that we don't need a table and that we can all fit in a booth (it's just myself, my wife and three small kids). She replied rudely that there aren't any booths available (which might have been true since she had just given them to several families that came in after us). I said, that's fine I just wanted you to know that we are fine with a booth and I got an eye roll from her. I went back and sat down. Another couple of families came in and were seated immediately and then my wife went up and talked to the hostess and asked why we haven't been seated yet and asked for an explanation on why multiple families that came in after us continue to be seated. She was extremely rude and rolled her eyes and turned around and started talking to another one of the teenage workers. My wife could hear what she was saying and heard her say "don't look now but this lady is super annoying and I'm tired of them asking when their table will be ready". The guy looked at my wife who was making eye contact with them and then the annoying hostess proceeded to start making stabbing motions to the other worker like she wanted to stab my wife. We then Grabbed the kids and went and got in the car and left. We will not be back which is a shame because we used to like this place. Sad that some bratty teenagers can ruin a favorite restaurant spot like this. I do not recommend this place unless they make some staffing changes or teach their employees to be polite and courteous to the customers that are keeping them in business.
