Sweet Memories Cake & Catering

Had 2 meetings back to back days just west of Dallas and called on Sweet Memories to handle Coffee and Breakfast Pastries, Lunch and afternoon Treats. WOW, Susan was awsome to work with. The Food was amazing, she had a person with her and they did everything. Had food set out on time, cleaned up the food after each break, boxed up the left overs each time for me to take back to my office. Susan is a amazing lady with tons of talent. I left everything up to her to plan and both days she hit a home run. Daughter is getting married next spring and my wife and daughter already have a meeting with her to cater for the wedding

Sweet Memories, Catering and Cakes provided a delicious and plentiful lunch for our Birdville Council of PTA‘s delegate luncheon for 200 people! Susan is wonderful to work with and she accommodates all your requests. The staff is friendly and courteous. The food is delicious and fresh. The staff showed up early and set up quietly and quickly. I highly recommend Sweet Memories for all your catering needs. Susan makes every event cooked to perfection and to your wishes.

Recently placed an order for a charcuterie board for my Pastor this past Sunday! I didn’t have a full idea of all of what I wanted but I was so surprised by the end result! My Pastor loved it and it came in handy for a long day of serving! Thank you so much for the lovely display!

Chef Susan has catered several event for us and we love the food. My favorite was the roasted crusted chicken in honey glazed. And the desert menu was amazing!

Staff is very professional! Jasmine is one of a kind! She made me cupcakes multiple times and they did NOT disappoint. Any time I need cupcakes made, Jasmine is my go-to baker. Everything here is amazing and I do not plan to get my pastries from anywhere or anyone else!

Chef Susan and her staff are amazing! She catered our Dynamic Women's Alliance conference for 140 ladies at the Grand Hall in North Richland Hills. The food was hot, delicious and the plate was eye pleasing! Her staff was friendly and very professional. Her cakes are moist, flavorful and beautiful. The cake was decorated beautifully. It had various flavors and was promptly delivered. The only thing I would comment on is that the chocolate part of the cake was a bit dry. Other than that, the cake looked amazing!

I couldn’t be happier with my Wedding cake! Had our 1 year anniversary and had our ‘saved cake’ … I was blown away how good it stayed in freezer for a year!! SO GOOD. Susan designed my mom the most beautiful and personal birthday cake for her 70th birthday. She also catered the entire event, and everything was delicious. She was so kind and accommodating. We absolutely recommend using Susan and Sweet Memories!

Please endure this long review and take the time to read as this place deserves so much more than I can write in a review! This is the place to go for cakes, cup cakes and well great customer service. 15 years ago a coworker bought a cake for a birthday and it was simply amazing. Then others bought cupcakes and cakes, it was always the best. Fast forward to ten years ago and I KNEW this had to be the place to make my wedding cake. Susan/owner greeted me and I said I like spice cake. She had just made cupcakes and they were warm and not frosted- and it tried it! I broke out in goose bumps it was so tasty. I still get these. My daughter is getting married now and of course I went there. She was closed but kept her door open and helped me anyway. She had a few samples and I tried a couple and GOOSE BUMPS!! This place is simply amazing! Susan is amazing and the cakes…. Well she SHOULD charge more it is a simple celebration for your taste buds! Top notch service, SWEET OWNER and amazing cakes and well… I will forever have SWEET MEMORIES!

As a wedding coordinator, I work with a lot of varied caterers, restaurants and bakeries. I can say this was one of the best meals I've ever had! The cake was fantastic as well and the service is extraordinary. Susan is the best!
