I ordered dinner from there, and while the delivery arrived a bit jumbled, it was clearly due to transit. Everything was affordable and incredibly delicious—definitely underrated! I recommend the Al pastor tacos best!!

Fantastic Birria tacos and burritos! The burritos are very big. It is very difficult to find a place that makes big burritos and Birria tacos this great. Best place in Keller, by far. Update: This place has taken a serious turn for the worse in the last 2 years. Expect to get HUGE chunks of fat in your food. 3" x 2" x "1/4" pieces of nasty fat is typical in burritos and tostadas. This place used to be great and very busy. Hardly anyone goes here anymore. SAD. They have great potential, but the cook must be drunk or angry.

Taqueria Las Mulas left much to be desired in terms of both flavor and authenticity. I sampled a variety of their meats—carne asada, lengua, al pastor, tripas, and carnitas—and unfortunately, none of them stood out in a positive way. The meats were consistently overcooked and lacked any real depth of flavor, making it hard to appreciate their individual qualities.
The one bright spot was a Gordita with beef tongue, but even then, the meat fell short of expectations. While the breading and beans in the Gordita were enjoyable, the lengua itself was bland, missing the richness I hoped for.
Overall, the food failed to deliver on the bold flavors and authenticity that I look for in a taqueria. Unfortunately, this isn't a spot I plan on revisiting anytime soon.

Finally! An authentic taqueria in my area that is delicious and knows what they are doing. Keller area is populated with tex mex and this is a breath of fresh air and will be frequenting this place. Ordered the birria(goat) taco which is shredded cabrito and cilantro and salsa. No frills. Tender and delicious. Chorizo sope was fresh and packed full....Also had a chicken sope. Ordered chicken fajitas which were juicy and shredded... and 3 crispy beef taco plate. Can't recommend this place enough. 10/10
I wanted to give a second chance. But, it won't be a 3rd . I got a burrito. The tortilla was burned, and chicharron was OLD af. Chips were cold, and there was no seasoning, wacamole so sour, taste like they squeeze 10 pinches limones on it. Nope. I'm not coming back.

My boyfriend and I were craving something to eat so he said I feel like eating tacos and I said OK great he goes. I seen this place on my way home and I’ll stop and get some tacos and he asked me what kind I said of course I wanted lengua just give me one and so he got a lengua. Asada,tripa,and carnitas is our first time eating here. Oh my gosh the tacos were bomb. They were so good. I do recommend this place for Tacos like I said this was our first time going, but the tacos were so good.

Food was great. Service was awful. Order was messed up twice. And was overcharged 2 drinks. Very hot in the building. They don’t have a/c on. Thermostat in the building was reading 90 degrees inside temp.

I went last time and it was so good the pozole was amazing and the prices were great , the service could be better toward non Mexican customers but not completely bad , I’m writing this review because I ordered caldo de res for pick up with extra cabbage and extra corn , and horchata with light ice , first of all the caldo had 1 corn and almost no cabbage in it !!! And barely any vegetables it was completely sad for 13$ I expected more , and I asked the lady for light ice in the horchata and she proceeded to put more … I didn’t want to argue so I just paid and left , it’s a 50/50 with the service and food everytime you don’t know what your gonna get , if you want good caldo I suggest going to the Salvadoran restraunt down the street! They pack there’s !!! But this place is good for there pozole and tacos :)
