food took about 15-20 minutes to get out to me.. they completely forgot to make my smoothie i had to ask about it and they said “sorry we’ll get right onto that” took another 15 minutes and all we got was “sorry for the wait” which means nothing at that point also messed up one of my smoothies!!!! i’m all for giving food service workers grace but i have never had this bad of an experience here!!!!!!!!

I placed an online order, showed up and the fire alarms were going off. The sweetest employee saw my order and felt bad, so she made it when they were going off and had it ready when I showed up. 10/10 service, she should get a raise.

The new açaí bowls are really good. Service is quick, friendly staff.

I just got a beach bum smoothie with chocolate and I have always come here Atleast once or twice a week for the past year or so. I don’t taste any chocolate in it and it tastes almost bitter. I was going to just accept it was a mistake and go on but with the prices of the smoothies rising and being that I paid 8 bucks for a smoothie I can’t even finish because of the taste I feel like I had to leave a review.

Do not order from here!!!!! I received my sandwich and there is a dead fly on one half and the other half had a live fly flying around!!!!! I opened my salad and a baby fly was in it flying around!!! I have video evidence and pictures for it all!!! Terrible customer service!!! Manager said he was the one who made my order but couldn’t do anything about it! I have thrown up twice! Do not eat here! I was not feeling really great when I walked in the Cafe due to a fall and back pain. I told the gentleman taking my order I need something to help with energy, pain if possible, detox. He fixed me right up. Smoothie was great and sandwich was good. The attitude of all the employees was bright and cheerful in addition to concerned. The whole experience truly turned my day around. The atmosphere was good. Very colorful and inviting. The smoothie was super sweet though.

Good smoothies, fast service, no complaints, I recommend the mango magic smoothie. Only complaint is no drive thru.

I love ordering form here, past my 3 past consecutive orders from delivery app, they sent the drink without a straw, and no napkins. Please minimum send a straw, specially if its delivery.

My wife and I on a road trip to visit family down the street at Oasis Spa, and needed a smoothie fix. Isabella and here hidden staff in the back came thru and put a smile on the wifes face. Peanut butter n banana was messy but tasted wonderful. Thanks
