Slowest whataburger in the history of fast food. Placed a curbside order. 10 min after it was supposed to be ready I'm standing inside wondering where my order is. No help from the staff. Nobody knows what they're doing apparently.

The manager Isabell/Isabella is extremely rude and unprofessional. I was treated like a criminal for simply informing them the breakfast taquito I had ordered and paid for was not in the bag when I had got home.

I went in to Whataburger the other day and saw the manager whose name is sage walk up to one of my friends and he asked for her number. Which I think is very unprofessional considering he was a manager on the clock, and my friend is a minor

Mobile orders at this Whataburger are consistently delayed and incorrect. There’s no effort to make things right, and customer service is nonexistent. I always approach the situation calmly, but it never seems to matter. Disappointing experience every time. Check out the Tarrant & Davis location. 5 stars every time.

Don’t bother to come here for lunch, worst customer service. In fact I think this location disregards the entire name of “Fast Food” because it’s not. Helping the Drive thru and In- Restaurant customers Isn’t balanced. You either wait 20 minutes in the drive thru or 1 minute in the restaurant, or vice versa.

I had an absolutely horrible experience at Whataburger thanks to two workers, Luke and Sage. I ordered a hot coffee and was given a cold one instead. When I politely asked for the mistake to be corrected and requested the hot coffee I originally ordered, I was flat-out told “no” by these employees. To make matters worse, they proceeded to kick me out of the restaurant, claiming I was “annoying them.”

This is beyond unacceptable. I expect better from Whataburger, and these two workers clearly have no respect for customer service or even basic decency. I’ll be thinking twice before ever returning to this location, and I’d advise others to avoid it as well.

Stopped going here and would go to the one on North Tarrant in NRH. It's been a few months so I thought I would try it again and this one still has a lot of problems. Did not have bacon or sausage but the eggs on my taquito tasted like old bacon grease. The young lady at the window was nice, but it will be quite a while before I go back to this one.
