Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Omgoodness 😳 wow 😮 DO NOT miss out on Zaxby’s chicken it was FANTASTIC!!!!!! Fast!!!!!! And FRESH!!!!!!
I’ve been looking for a chicken that has a little flavor and Zaxby is it, yummy yummy 😋. Canes has nothing on Zaxby’s chicken. I will be coming here from now on when I’m needing some GREAT chicken fingers.

Their fries are ALWAYS golden and crispy (only exception is if you get it delivered- totally understandable) And the fact they're open late is so nice for me. I really loved their funnel cake when they had it; but it's fun to have a revolving dessert menu.

If I were closer to a different Zaxby’s, I would go out of my way to come to this one. Lain C, the employee who took my order, was the most proficient, kindest, welcoming worker I’ve ever experienced. My lovely girlfriend and I are in awe of his work ethic while we sit here writing this review. I hope anyone reading this has the pleasure of having an interaction with him. Food was fantastic, cleanliness was exceptional. Highly recommend. And thank you Lain and whoever hired him

Lain C. truly made the experience at Zaxby’s in Keller unforgettable! Not only was he efficient and on top of everything, but his ability to juggle multiple tasks without missing a beat was impressive. Despite being busy, he took the time to greet us with a smile, and you could tell he genuinely cared about providing great service. His energy and positive attitude was so notable, and he definitely made the whole visit enjoyable. It's clear that Lain is a standout employee, and Zaxby’s is lucky to have him!

I usually have the best service at Zaxbys today I encountered the GM named Bella worst service ever I will literally never eat here again. She was not friendly very unprofessional and refused to give me the name or info of her superior. WORST GM EVER NEVER

Ordered the wings and fries combo in Buffalo medium sauce. The wings were baked well and plenty of sauce. The medium was more like mild. The fries were very good, non breaded plain fries with cajun seasoning. This was a drive-thru order. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I've never been to a Zaxbys before. Definitely will be back.

Horrible experience. I came through the drive through and I was the only car in line and was told to pull up in a parking spot to wait for my food (not a big deal). I was waiting in the parking lot for over 10 minutes when another car came through and got their food instantly. I then proceeded to drive back through the drive through and asked if my food was ready and it was sitting on the counter. The girl who was running the drive through gave me a bad attitude and basically just laughed at the fact that I pulled around asking why it was taking so long. Wouldn’t recommend going here.

I will never buy there again, I paid almost $35 for two combos apart from the Uber and when my food arrived the chickens, the salads, the potatoes and the breads were missing, apart from the fact that the chickens were raw inside, what a terrible experience I will never go back to. buy there

DO NOT DOORDASH HERE I placed an order for a SALAD 1 single salad and after an hour of waiting my dasher hadn't even had my food yet so I called and asked for the status I was very polite about it and conveniently enough they canceled my order then the manager who's name is Rob tried to lie about it what a petty move. Food is great I won't lie about that tho.

A ode to Zaxby’s

This is my place of worship. I eat here every Wednesday with my friends. I love it here I feel at home. I feel welcome in a way that nowhere else can match. Zaxby’s has changed my life for the better and I am very happy with it. I owe my life to Zaxby’s. God bless Zaxby’s. I love you Zaxby’s
