Excellent food. Little on the pricey so I, but portions we're nice. Salsa and chips were great. Had the sampler as an entree and it was all great.
The band tonight was awesome! The lead singer really loved what he was doing and it showed in his performance, and in the smiles of the crowd! The drinks were perfect and the restroom was clean. The food here is always amazing!
Friendly greeting. Quick seating. Kaylie was absolutely awesome!!! The food was great but I want to point out the salsa that was the best I've had. It didn't have the tomato taste most places have and different is good. The steak and eggs enchiladas was amazing. Between the great staff and the awesome food, we will be returning.
Our waitress rocked. She made recommendations and kept the coffee flowing. We had breakfast. Everything was exactly as we'd hoped. We will definitely go back!
Had fajitas.. for the price, should have given larger amount.. but overall, was good.. came hungry, left hangry...
The food inadequate at best and the prices are sky high. The service is terrible and my experience was horrific. It was disgusting in every was shape and form. But the fajitas were the only halfway decent item.
Was down in the area for work. This place was dead at lunchtime on a weekday (probably expected). I was the only person there, but it was as good as the Cadillac Bar over in Rice Military.
hardly anyone in the place and I am still waiting on my chips .. (hint we never got them) Cancun enchilada not very good and I had to fight through shells.. very disappointing! Dont waste your $11 bucks on the pineapple ginger ale margarita.
Welcome into Restaurant with a nice smile and attitudes . The service was awesome respectful and helpful waitress and waiter was on top of all our needs. Fast friendly and joyful service food was hot & nicely on plates and taste good.. Will definitely go visit this place again and recommend to family and friends.
Great atmosphere. Friendly staff. Generous drinks served with chips and salsa. We ordered a Nacho appetizer also which was good but a bit spendy for the size. They had a live band on the Saturday night we were there. Fun times!

The food was very good! The service on the other hand was another story... the hostess was rude when seating us. We tend to come here every few summers for vacation ,but after that experience probably not anymore. The people working there need an attitude check.
I made reservations for 10 people and when I arrived and told them about my reservation I was rudely told to take a seat and wait while the rest of my party showed up. The guy that said this was the GM! He could've said thanks so much for dinning with us or just give it a little bit and we'll seat y'all. Just very rude and not what you want to hear as soon as you walk in the door. So we finally get seated and our poor waiter said he had been their for 12 hours already and was as sweet and nice as he could be.
Cadillac Bar is ok for Tex Mex. Like the service was great and everything was spot on for corporate causal dining. But it just didn't seem to have much soul as far as Mexican restaurants or Tex Mex. The menu was typical of this restaurant organization. If they have a seasonal deal on peaches... every restaurant they have will feature peaches. Mexican food, seafood, steak house, burgers... everyone gets peaches. Peach drinks, appetizers, peach fish, peach fajitas? Go to... any of many , many other Mexican restaurants for fajitas or even your typical combo, tamale/ enchilada plates. It's like watching Westworld on HBO. It looks like real cowboys... but it's not really cowboys. There is something soul less about the corporate menu.
This was probably the worst restaurant experience I've had in the last 8 years. We were a 20 top table that were treated horribly. Our waitress had attitude from the beginning and when we tried to put some tables together we were told that they would kill us if we moved another table. The last time I checked death threats are not a good way to talk to your customers. We were given the constant excuse of it was the 1st day of Spring break. They were out of lemons, Moscow mule cups, and just about every decent beer. I wanted a Shiner Bock I was told they were out but was never offered a shiner on tap which they did have. My food was served lukewarm at best. I was truly embarrassed to bring 19 of my brothers that had never been to Kemah before to this restaurant.
The food was quite good but the attitude of our waitress wasn't. The least she could have done is smile and not have an attitude. Service was pretty slow.
